We would like to clarify that the property is listed as not having air-conditioning, allowing guests to make an informed decision prior to booking.
Regarding the other concerns mentioned, we were not notified of any issues during the stay. Had we been contacted, we would have been happy to assist promptly and arrange support as needed. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address any concerns in real time.

View and location were excellent. The interior and exterior of the property is quite dated.
Great view and location. In the common areas there were a lot of wetsuits, swimmers and towels etc all around the place. On the beach side of the property other residents had left surf boards and a number of filled dog poo bags in common areas. Another resident parked the car right in front of the main entry for an extended period, which made it difficult to enter the main door.
