The lounge area is spacious and seamlessly opens up to the north-facing balcony capturing ocean views plus capturing the refreshing north-easterly breezes. There is a designer galley kitchen that features a walk-in pantry, dishwasher and quality appliances. There is an additional rear sitting room leading onto a second balcony, ducted air conditioning in the living areas and ceiling fans in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Featuring Free WIFI, a separate internal laundry with washing machine and dryer as well as a double garage in the underground Car Garage.

Convenience is at your doorstep, with direct and exclusive access via a lift to your apartment. Happy holiday home

We were up in port for my mums funeral so it was always going to be a tough week but we found the property very inviting and family friendly, clean and in good condition in a perfect spot with unbeatable views we were beyond happy with our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

Overall, a lovely property. Would have been good to know there was no bath soap, no garbage bags, no instant coffee/tea/sugar, small milk (had to go buy asap). Not appreciated after driving 5hours. No BBQ. Would have bern good to know that each apparment had a selected lift to use.

The apartment presents very well. Amazing location opposite town beach A couple of times that need attention, the blinds in the bedrooms provided no sunblock, ie at sunrise you’re room was daylight and the apartment had no wifi.

Wow..wow!

My sister and I were absolutely delighted with our initial response and the whole holiday at Sandcastle was an enormous success. As my sister is 91 we had certain needs that were certainly met and exceeded at this property. The generous size and furnishings were very comfortable and the outlook across to the town beach was entertaining but beautiful to boot. I would certainly recommend this property to everyone.

Bright, spacious, airy, perfectly positioned.

We loved our stay at 201 Sandcastle. We made full use of the apartments spacious interior, kitchen, balcony and laundry (we did have little ones with us after all). Positioned directly across the road from Town Beach allowed us to leave the car in the garage and wander over to the beach on a whim or to stroll into town or up the street for great coffee and massages. It was a great apartment, but please don't book it when we want it ;)

Excellent property

We had the most amazing stay, our first holiday with our 4month old baby and my parents and it was made all the better due to the exceptional accommodatin. The apartment location is perfect and it is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The only minor issue was that is was advertised as having two queen beds but the second was a double and my husbands feet hung over the end. We plan on going back in September and then again next April.
