The spacious home offers three bedrooms, including a King master with private ensuite, plus a second family living room with a comfortable pull-out double bed, TV and direct access to a secure private courtyard.

The heart of the home is the generous open-plan living space, opening onto a large balcony with outdoor lounge and dining areas and a BBQ — perfect for long lunches, evening drinks or simply relaxing in the sea breeze.

The beautifully appointed chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, extensive cookware, crockery and glassware, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee.

For year-round comfort, the home has reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout, while a cosy fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere in winter.
