Our beautiful quiet home is located minutes from downtown Chattanooga and just down the street from Northgate mall. Our fantastic deck is a great place to relax and enjoy nature. The house we are offering is a great size.

We have a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. We are opening our home for guests to enjoy and relax. It is fully furnished and a delightful home with three comfortable queen beds and a big couch that can be an awesome nap spot (not a pull out) also we can provide a queen size air mattress if necessary so we could accommodate 8 people comfortably. This is our home too. We live in a separate basement apartment, so you may hear us moving around but we will be as quiet as possible; just thought you should be aware.

There is a full kitchen with a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and refrigerator. You will have full access to the deck and very close to lots of shopping.

We are only 15 min from Chester Frost Park which has a swimming beach and some water sports that can be rented. Also very close to Ruby Falls, Rock City and The Incline Railway. The Tennessee Aquarium is a fun place to go and only minutes away. Lots of hiking trails and fun things to do including Coolige Park. We are also 15 minutes from where the Ironman begins. Camp Jordan has an amazing light show during the Christmas season as well.

-We would love families to be guests but our space is not child proof so you will be responsible to make the space suitable for children.

-Although the space is cleaned between reservations there won't be housekeeping during your stay so if you need something please feel free to ask

Chattanooga get away

We couldn’t have found a house better suited for our stay. The home is very spacious and a great floor plan. Kitchen is beautiful and lots of eating space. The outside areas are very comfy and relaxing. Home was spotless and had everything we needed. Michael the owner was great to work with and made us feel very welcome. Thanks so much!

Our stay was great! Everything you'd expect, and then some!

The room was very spacious, the bed soft and comfy, and the little extras made for quite a pleasant stay. The peace and quiet was great (we couldn't hear our hosts upstairs, traffic noises, or anything else). Everything was spotlessly clean, easy to find, and it all seemed new, as if no one had ever stayed there before. Because we were only there at night (visiting family during the day), we never got to meet our hosts, but they made sure we had everything we needed via messaging. I would definitely stay there again, and would highly recommend this place to anyone else!

I was a little skeptical when I realized I had overlooked this being in the basement of someone's home. However, this is a super nice little studio. It was ideal for my family. Outside of vehicles in the driveway, we never knew the owners were home. We were 10-15 away(at most) from everything we wanted to do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Please keep this little spot in mind if you are traveling to the Chattanooga area!!

Everything we needed!!!

We recently stayed for 2 nights. Upon arrival Mike checked in to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. I told him it was a little chilly so he corrected it immediately. The entrance was private and I had my own parking spot. The room included snacks and drinks, a microwave, a mini fridge, a toaster, a coffeemaker with coffee grounds and even some dishes like plates bowls napkins cups and utensils. The bed was comfy and the bathroom included some shampoo, conditioner, soap and fresh towels. The Roku provided access to streaming services for when we were relaxing at night. The location was more than ideal as we were truly 15 min or less from any of the places visited. There was even a Walmart right across from the neighborhood which was very convenient. My only critique (and it would never affect my likelihood to stay again) is that the shower was very loud and the vent and light were on the same switch, which was also a little loud. But as I said, it is not a deal breaker, just a little loud if your travel companion is sleeping. Overall it was a wonderful alternative to a hotel and for my first time using a vacation rental like this I am very pleased, I would even venture to say I was spoiled :-p

Very comfortable space. Well set up. Separation of living area, bedroom, and sitting area and eating area made it feel very spacious. Bathroom good size with a tub and shower. Owners available if needed. Only downside was no windows, but due to location in the house understand it was not possible. Location in the city was easy to find and get to major routes.

It is a bit different entering thru a garage to a studio in a box with no window or alternate egress. We stayed in early fall, so the house AC was off but the room was hot. However, the room was very clean and far less expensive than a hotel.

This basement apartment was great and just like the pictures show. It was spacious, nice and clean, and had a very comfy bed! The mini-frig and microwave came in handy and the owner graciously supplied coffee and some snacks and soft drinks. And the location was super convenient to downtown, just 10 minutes or so away! We would definitely stay again!
