The Wattle Lodge - Est 2013, is self contained accommodation, located on a 100 acre grazing property held by the owners family since the 1850' s in the idyllic Glendon Brook district near Singleton, in the heart of the Hunter Valley.
2 hours drive from Hornsby -Sydney.
The eco friendly Lodge provides all the comforts with 2 bedrooms (Queen and twin) with ensuites for up to 4 guests, kitchenette, dining and living area. Designed to bushfire and ESD standards, with solar hot water and rainwater tanks. A deck to relax on with a fully equipped Webber BBQ, whilst taking in the breathtaking views of the rolling hills and countryside and incredible starry skies to view at night!
No parties allowed and please respect the neighbours and all noise must be kept to a minimum. Quiet after 9.30pm.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE DETAILS: Please leave the Lodge neat and tidy as you found it on arrival,. Arrange with us where to leave the keys. Put rubbish in Outside bins, turn off lights & power points and leave wet towels in laundry basket in the laundry closet. Thankyou.
Guests MUST ask permission before walking on the farm!
DOG STAYS are available by request and of approval for well behaved, immunised dogs and all care and responsibility must be taken by the dog owners at all times. Dogs are allowed inside under supervision and not allow to stay inside without their owners. The Lodge is fully fenced plus a secure fenced dog playground area (250 m2 in size) with a large dog kennel located next to the Lodge ,extra towels and an outdoor hose. Just bring your dog's lead, Crate/bed, toys and food!
Please check with owners before bringing your dog and read "Dog Rules" on our website. 2 dogs allowed only.
Take a picnic and visit the Barrington Tops National Park, Allyn River State Forest or visit historic Morpeth, Paterson and Dungog. SO MUCH TO SEE and DO!! Local tour operators are available to take you and your dog on a tour of the wineries/cheese and chocolate tastings. Ask us for recommendations.

The Wattle Lodge- Est 2013, is on our rural cattle grazing property which has been passed down through generations by the Drinan family since 1856 and purchased when they left Ringabella, County Cork, Ireland to come to Australia.
