"Lilly's Pad" - Lemon Tree Passage

Lilly’s Pad is a charming 7 bedroom, 4 bathroom absolute waterfront retreat in Lemon Tree Passage – Port Stephens. With a large in-ground pool, updated kitchen, 3 living areas, free WiFi, double garage, car port and loads of off street parking, this property will sleep up to 20 people, making it an ideal getaway for extended families … including their pets !

The 7 bedrooms consist of :
Room 1: 1 x Queen bed
Room 2: 1 x Double bed and 1 x single
Room 3: 1 x Double bed
Room 4: 2 x Single bunks (4 singles)
Room 5: 2 x Single bunks (4 singles)
Room 6: 1 x Queen bed and 1 x single
Room 7: 1 x Queen bed

With the front yard leading directly onto a beautiful white sandy lake front beach, you can literally enjoy boating and fishing from the front yard. If you enjoy boating, Nelsons Bay, Shoal Bay, Soldiers Point are all a 10-15 min boat ride away from the front yard.

Relax on the front verandah and watch pods of dolphins pass by or a koala climbing a tree in the front yard.

We want you to enjoy your holiday as a whole family, so pets are allowed, but please keep them on a lead or in the fenced yard as we get Koalas roaming around the front yard !

Enjoy the beautiful natural surrounds with a bike/walking trail out the front which leads you down to Lemon Tree Passage Marina (about a 20 min walk)

The Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and including BBQ and BBQ utensils has a large pantry and breakfast bar. We also supply duvets, duvet covers, pillow, pillowcases, mattress protectors, bath mats and kitchen towels. We ask that you supply your own fitted and flat sheet as well as your own towels.

Newcastle airport and Oakvale Farm are a 15min drive away, with other facilities within a 3klm radius including:
* Lemon Tree Passage Marina - one of the best boat launching facilities in NSW
* Amazing park and nature reserves
* Tanilba Bay Golf Course
* Koala Shore Caravan Park
* Coles, shops, restaurants
* Lemon Tree Passage Bowling Club

We do have strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property thus only those nominated and accepted on our booking form are permitted to be on the property. This property is not available for parties or functions, including end of school or uni group holidays, Bucks and Hens parties. Breach of these policies can result in cancellation of your booking and/or deposit.

Great place to stay. We had 15 people and everyone slept in air conditioned rooms which in Summer is great. The pool is a fabulous area to congregate . Host is very easy to deal with. Am in process of booking again for next year.

We had a family gathering at Lilys’ place-lemon tree passage & loved the area. The view from the deck was very peaceful. The house worked well for our adult family & I loved the pool. Being a dog friendly property was such a bonus for us. Thanks Jay-we hope to make it a yearly ritual

Host very responsive to messages, welcome gift, beautifully presented home, stocked with all necessities, comfortable, great views, great pricing.Loaded kitchen so any type of meal prep is possible, easy to use dishwasher.Many comfy counch areas insde 4 lounge areas, lovely outdoor areas, beautifully maintained pool.Aircon separate areas so can use on person to person basis.Very happy had a lovely time river walks, swimming, trips to local attractions.Suitable for adults and children our grandkids 7months, 3, 10 and 14 had a ball together as did our adult kids.all 20s and 30s.Hubby and i 60 ish.Great getaway!

This was our 5th year staying at Lilly’s Pad for our annual weekend away and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Such a beautiful location and the house itself is very well equipped and easily copes with a large crowd.

Perfect Location

This was a perfect location for our extended family holiday. Bike path, easy access for our canoes. Space for cricket, board games, curling up with a book. We loved (free) bare foot bowling and going to the shark & sting ray centre. An amazing experience. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and chill.
