L appartamento è ubicato al primo piano di uno stabile della centralissima via Santa Filomena. Lo stabile è degli anni ‘70 e l’appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato ed abbiamo accolto i primi ospiti il 29 luglio.. Tutte le camere da letto hanno i balconi . La cucina si trova sulla parte posteriore della casa mentre un grande soggiorno con sofà e angolo tv si affaccia , con balcone, sulla centralissima via Filomena.

Sei al centro della “movida catanese” diurna e notturna.
A meno di 50 metri ci si ritrova sulla via principale di Catania, via Etnea, allegra e movimentata via dello shopping, ove è possibile fruire dei mezzi pubblici che arrivano in ogni angolo della città.
In soli 15 minuti si arriva alla Spiaggia sabbiosa di Catania ( la Plaia) e in 20 minuti alla meravigliosa scogliera nera dei Faraglioni di Acicastello.
I giardini pubblici Bellini distano 100 metri dall’appartamento e per raggiungere mete più distanti è possibile prendere la metro a poche centinaia di metri.
