A place of dreams and whimsy...
Enter through the tiny french doors into this gorgeous little slate roofed / board & batten cottage for two and you will find a sweet cast iron spiral staircase that winds up to a romantic sleeping loft with antique QS bed, luxury linen and pressed metal ceilings illuminated by chandeliers. Enjoy views through the arched window over tea trees that transform each evening with soft lighting from below.

This french inspired self contained cottage accommodates a maximum of one couple only. There are no facilities for children.

Downstairs is a luxury bathroom with limestone mosaic tiles and chandelier, Dorf fittings, leadlight and nickle-plated features, and luxurious soft towels and bathrobes. Pamper yourself with the Gilchrist & Soames luxury amenities range.

Enjoy the ambience of stunning silvered and velvet Rococo furniture, french cafe table setting, antiqued walls and kitchenette.

Features include timber floors, reverse cycle air conditioning, bar fridge, microwave, TV, Bose sound dock. Outdoor grotto with cast iron furniture, rustic wood BBQ.

Fully serviced, meticulously maintained.

Just a few minutes drive from the Peninsula Hot Springs, close to wineries, beaches and bay. Only 1500m to bay beach at Rye.

what a great little place the Silverleaf cottage is. Tucked away and very quite and the only sound were heard were the birds. When you arrive the house in front could do with a clean up around the garden (SO DONT BE PUT OFF BY THAT), but once you walk up the narrow path you are situated in a beautiful place for definitely a relaxing or romantic time.

An Enchanted getaway

This was the perfect spot close by the Hot Springs for us to head over after and get ready for dinner for my best friend Hen's Party and then hit the town, we came back and it was just perfect so quiet the surrounds and lovely to sit inside with a cup of coffee and in the morning sitting outside enjoying the gardens, only thing we had a fright at 12am at night with a spider over our heads of the bed!! but we did remove it, the windows were all open so we think that's how it must of gotten in, my friend is Vegan so she didn't like seeing me killing it but we were both scared! i would def come back again!!

Great to hear you enjoyed your stay, well except for the little fellow - he looked harmless enough and very small - thanks for the pic - he clearly didn't stand a chance against your united front. Of course we always check that everything is perfect before guests arrive, glad to hear that the rest of your stay was both fun and peaceful.

Beautiful romantic retreat

We really enjoyed staying in Bernadette's cottage. The garden was absolutely enchanting, the loft bed was very comfortable, the interior design was quirky and the entire place was absolutely spotless. We were very grateful for the thoughtful inclusions of breakfast supplies and the really comfortable bathrobes. Would highly recommend.
