About this property

Large Family Beach House with modern facilities

Location
The house is located in an elevated position facing a bush reserve with a mixture of forest and cleared area. It is located approximately 10 minutes walk into the town centre, 5 minutes walk to the golf course and 15 minutes walk to the beach.
Kangaroos are frequent visitors and 'mow' the front lawn on most days

*****Please Note: Pets are allowed in the secure back yard and on the verandah. Unfortunately they are not allowed inside as we have a lot of carpet****

House Facilities
The house was originally built in 1990 and has been recently renovated and furnished throughout.
It has a new Protected outdoor entertainment area overlooking the bush reserve with a large table to seat 10-14 guests, large BBQ and outdoor heater
Master bedroom has walk in robes, bathroom with 2 person spa bath & toilet ensuite and sealy posturepedic pillowtop mattress
Bunk bedroom has 4 beds all with sprung mattresses and rated for adults
Lounge/TV room seat 10 and includes 4 lay back lazy chairs, large screen TV, wood heater and entertainment system
Dining area seats 10
Laundry has a large 10KG modern washing machine
Modern gourmet kitchen with new double oven and induction cooktop plus a microwave
Large 2 door fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice maker, dish washer
Large new Samsung modern reverse cycle heater/air conditioner
Automatic coffee machine with Espresso Meridionale coffee beans supplied

Sleeps 10 family members comfortably
Linen and towels are not included for short stays. If you do require, there is an extra $100 fee
Bed 1 - Queen Bed, walk in robes and ensuite, large TV

Bed 3 - 2 King single bunk beds and 2 standard bunk beds
Bed 4 - Sofa bed with proper double bed mattress

Early Check in , and late check out are available at certain times, with the exception of during peak times in Dec-Jan. Check first and if we don't have back to back bookings it is usually OK

Due to some unfortunate "over the top" parties being held at the house and complaints from neighbours, loud noise and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave. This is a family house and schoolies or young party goers are not welcome

Good house for a large family stay

We had a great stay at Greg's house. It is fully equipped for the large family, clean and has space for everyone. It is located a short drive from the beach and local shops. Separate thanks to the host who has left detailed instructions on the house use and maintenance. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet location close to the beach.

A homely retreat

A really nice and cosy place that has everything you can think of. There is so much room for the kids to play both inside and outside. Greg (the owner) has prepared a really good guide to the house and surrounding area, and was great to deal with. It is really close to the beach and shops. I highly recommend this place.

Relaxing getaway within close proximity to pristine coastline

Good location with only a short walk to beaches and amenities. Property had everything we needed and was well stocked. It would be good to see the decor refreshed soon and perhaps a little attention to upkeep outdoors but that's the nature of the salty air! Great location

We had a lovely time at this property with extended family. Plenty of room for everyone from babies to grandparents and great grandparents. It is in a great location among the trees. Quiet neighbourhood close to the golf course and easy travel to the shops and beach. Everything you could need in a beach house is provided. Our hosts were easy to contact if needed. We would recommend this property.

A fabulous clean, spacious & very comfortable house in a great location. The outdoor patio was spacious with lots of seating and well equipped with a large BBQ. Family getaway after a very long year in lockdown.

Easy of correspondence with owner. We had the best time away with all my family, our three grandsons really enjoyed each other’s company and it gave the adults a break. Waking track next to property was very handy for the shops or just a walk. Deck was good for meals and just general chatting. House had everything that we needed. The only downfall was that the plumbing was a bit noisy but otherwise a very relaxing holiday.

Great rental in a good location, easy walk into Anglesea. Great space for multiple guests with two bathrooms and plenty of seats inside and out. Loved the deck which is very secure and perfect for bringing your dog! Loved our stay and would stay here again!

Great family holiday rental

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for our family of two adults and three small children. The property is a short drive to shops. cafes, great beaches and everything else the surf coast has to offer, but felt secluded and made for a restful stay. The owner had left a thoughtful selection of essential items. The coffee machine was a winner. The living area was a great place to relax and unwind and the outdoor patio was spacious and well equipped with a large BBQ. The beds were also very comfortable. Thanks.
