Everything was as represented. Cottage had everything we required and bonus breakfast daily at the Nookery, served by wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.
Three nights at Woody Nook cottage, right next to the winery cellar door, but separated by bush and gardens. Fantastic place to stay. Cottage was a bit gloomy due to dark mud brick and weak lighting, but otherwise a lovely memorable stay. Would definitely go there again.
A wonderfully quirky house dangerously close to Woody Nook cellar door! Perfect for a group or family. The house was spotless and welcoming. The garden and surrounding vineyard were teeming with wildlife; rabbits, kangaroos, birds and frogs. A real delight!
This is a great house for families right in the golden triangle of wilyabrup and excellent wineries. The accommodation is so sweet and is perfect for summer and winter. We loved sitting on the back porch with a glass of wine and had friendly visits from the chickens.
The bonus for this stay is the breakfast. It was outstanding. Thank you Jane and staff for the amazing hospitality
Just a brief 2 night stay for my friends and I. The host and the staff at Woody Nook were accommodating, welcoming and every request asked by them was done.
The accommodation is comfy and rustic, plenty of good quality wood was supplied for the fire and plenty of hot water!
You can tell this place is old and she would have some stories to tell! Some of the beds and furniture are worn, but not broken, we had a very comfortable 3 days/2 nights and would definitely stay here again.

A great base and friendly, helpful hosts
We loved our stay at this property. The location is perfect for exploring the Wine region and it isn't far from perfect beaches.
The house is quirky and homey. It is very comfortable and has everything you need. There were only two of us and it suited us perfectly. It would also suit a family with older children. We loved the winery setting...very beautiful!
A real bonus is being close to the winery cafe. There is breakfast provided and we also enjoyed a good lunch there on arrival.
Jenny and Peter, the owners, were very hospitable and friendly. A pleasure to deal with. We will be back to enjoy another stay soon.
Jane & Peter are delightful hosts! The cottage is so unusual and full of surprises. We loved the gardens and some chickens came to visit too! The best bit was the proximity to Woody Nook Winery and Cafe. Delicious!
Old, historical building, quirky and full of character. We had a great 2 night stay at Woody Nook, stoking up the log burner for cosy evenings. Peter and Jane were lovely hosts. Beautiful sunny mornings enabled us to have coffee on the jetty of the dam, and sunsets having a wonder around the grounds. The complimentary breakfast provided by the Nookery was delicious and very generous, and we had a very informative wine tasting with Peter. Thanks both it was great.
This is a stunning property with all the charm of feeling like you're a world away but on one of the best roads for wineries in the region. Jane was a fantastic host, and the breakfast was a delight each morning.
Woody Nook House is a charming 2 storey mud brick & wooden cottage set in the picturesque surrounds of Woody Nook Winery overlooking the vines and lake with forest views. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great hosts. Great location - a wonderful home base to explore Wilyabrup & Yallingup with several wineries & galleries close by. We will love to stay again.
Beautiful setting in the heart of nature. Pleasant welcoming home with all the necessities. Lovely host, great wine and great food. Thank you so much for the great welcoming and beautiful home.
Lovely quaint house made of handmade mud bricks with plenty of room for everyone and many benefits for staying at a winery. Complimentary breakfast were amazing. We arrange lunch in the restaurant with some visiting friends could not fault the food or the friendly service from the staff. Peter & Jane were amazing hosts and we felt so welcome. We would definately stay again
