About this property

Large 4 bedroom house perfect for larger groups of family and friends.

Asrama Albany is a large 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom and 2 Lounge home situated half way down Middleton Road between the city and Middleton Beach.

The huge Master bedroom has a king sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has a further queen sized bed as well as a desk. The 4th bedroom has 2 beds, a double and a single.

A large lounge has a TV and DVD player, and a music system. WiFi is available.

A completely separate lounge/games room with TV and DVD player is present at the back of the house is perfect for the children. It opens out onto the rear patio area with an 8 seater dining table and chairs with a Weber Q.

The separate dining room seats 8 and is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen which includes a Nespresso machine. So bring your pods.

The house has jarrah floorboards through the living and dining areas. The house is reverse cycle air conditioned throughout and also has a gas heater in the living room.
A large car park provides parking for several cars with plenty of room for a caravan and boat.

Wonderful weekend getaway

It was wonderful to return to this welcoming getaway home. Fabulous location, well-appointed facilities and peace of mind knowing our dogs were safe and secure enjoying their sheltered, gated backyard. Looking forward to another trip to Albany soon.

Great house for family vacation

This house was a lot of fun for a large group. There were plenty of beds and several large family rooms and it was only a short walk to downtown. We really enjoyed it stay and my 6-year-old days that she "never wants to leave"!

Michael and Wendy bought the house over 20 years ago to use as a doctor's surgery. Now they have retired the house has been turned back into a home and is rented out when they are not staying in Albany.
They now live in Perth to be closer to their 4 children and 6 grand children, but still love to visit Albany regularly.

Why they chose this property

Located on Middleton Road half way between Albany CBD and Middleton Beach. Both only 1 kilometre away. Close to everything.
