In just a few minutes you can take the cliff top walk to the Jan Juc beach hotel, shops and Swell Cafe - famous for its fabulous coffee and egg & bacon breakfast toasties. The property is situated right between Jan Juc Beach and Bells Beach - you choose your own adventure. A very short walk to Bob Pettit Reserve where you can enjoy the playground, BBQ area, cricket /football oval, basketball courts and skate park on non beach days.

Accommodating up to 10 people (a large family or two small families), this double storey property has 2 living areas, 3 outdoor decks with the main deck having a BBQ and outdoor seating. There are 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom and second bedroom are upstairs and the third and fourth bedroom downstairs. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom a double bed and the third and fourth bedrooms have a double and single bunk combination in both.

There is an awesome games room which includes a table tennis table, a pool table, a couch and fridge.

The kitchen is equipped with all the items you need to enjoy your stay. Bathrooms are clean and modern with a large bath in the main bathroom.

An outdoor shower with hot and cold water allows you to wash off the beach before entering the house.

With heating and air conditioning and ceiling fans in the upstairs living areas and bedrooms, you're ensured a comfortable stay all year round.
