Welcome to "High-Tee on Oakmont", let the days drift by while you relax, trying to decide whether to play golf, visit the local wineries or just sit back and do nothing.

This spacious home is designed perfectly for a Holiday in Australia's South West, the wide entrance hall which delivers you to a huge open plan living area that then opens onto a large covered alfresco area.

Being completely self contained, four spacious bedroom, two luxurious bathroom plus a separate theatre room home offers excellent acccommodation all year round..

This home backs onto the 11th Tee and 10th green of the Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course, boasting panoramic views across the lush lawns of the course.

Everything has been well thought out so that your stay is enjoyable. Fabulous features include: reverse cycle ducted air conditioning to keep you warm or cool no matter what weather condition; a modern & extremely comfortable lounge suite; both living and theatre rooms boast large flat screen televisions, designer kitchen with oven, dishwasher; quality cutlery, plates, glasses & platters, and a fridge/freezer to store all the supplies; an 10 seater dining table plus a 8 seater outdoor setting; outdoor 4 burner BBQ, double garage with roller door; laundry with washing machine & dryer.

The bathrooms are beautifully appointed, both with large showers, double vanities & a bath in the main bathroom.

The enormous master bedroom has views over the golf course, and is complimented by a luxury ensuite with separate toilet & extra large walk in robe, the four minor bedrooms share the large main bathroom which has double basins and shower and separate bath.

Please load & run the dishwasher, and empty prior to departure, please ensure the dishes are clean before putting away. Hand washed dishes are to be dried and put away, not left on the sink.
Linen – sheets, pillow slips & duvet covers are to be left on the beds for collection, please leave towels in bathrooms or laundry not on bedding or carpet.
Bin collection day is Monday please place both the green bin & recycling bin on the front curb Sunday evening. If bin day is not during your stay bins are to be taken out to the curb on departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do not provide accommodation for School Leavers during 'Leavers' week. Booking for guests aged between 21 and 25 will be closely scrutinized.

A great property, lots of room, well equipped kitchen and such a lovely setting against the golf course. Very quiet & relaxing surroundings. The only thing missing is the availability of wifi, which for most properties of this price bracket would be standard.

Great property. Nice and clean and spacious. 2 family’s stayed so having the 2 bathrooms is a bonus. Big back yard and backs onto the golf course so you don’t feel caged in. Handy for golfers. 2klms to town so a 15 minute walk. Lots of car space. Highly recommend.

Property is very well equipped and very large. Large garden space meant the kids had lots of room to run around. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and the property was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay, house is in a lovely quiet area with plenty of space, a large well equipped kitchen, 2 good sized bathrooms, plenty of couch space, a great sized back yard for kids, check in after hours was super easy and house is in close proximity to cafes and shops. Two families would easily stay here without feeling cramped. Highly recommend!

Lovely Property even lovelier location

The house was lovely. Great layout and almost everything we needed. My only issues were that neither of the TVs or the book case are bolted down which was a issue with small children. Some lighting issues (garage light only works occasionally and pantry light will turn on but does not always turn off). A high chair at the property would also be great. Other than that it was a wonderful location. Extremely close to town and cozy. Would happily stay their again.

Perfecy for a peaceful stay

This house is comfortable, well designed and quiet. A few missing amenities such as sugar, olive oil, coffee pods, so make sure you bring absolutely everything you need. The magpies have clearly been fed and make a nuisance of themselves if eating outside, begging for food.

Lovely stay, great house for big families or 2 families sharing.

We had a fabulous time staying here. 1 week with two teenage lads. Very well equipped and comfortable, easy access of Dunsborough. Make sure you read the email carefully - I didn’t! So it was a bit of a shock to find no linen, however this was sorted instantly and we had linen delivered at 11pm Saturday, so many thanks to Paul. We’d also presumed that there would be wifi, again it was not stated in the specs that there would be wifi, we just hadn’t checked instructions so our fault. But thought having wifi would be pretty standard. Even if it is charged.
