An excellent location within easy walking distance to most major sites. We rented for two months. It was quiet the first month and not so much the second month.

Our return to the Victoria area after years away was terrific. The location , parking and building security were great and made for enjoyable and relaxing stay.
My family stayed for 6 weeks and the rental offered everything we needed to feel at home. The unit is well-appointed, very clean and well managed. Also, it’s very quiet for being in the heart of downtown. A lovely stay and would highly recommend this vacation rental.

Great location and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Tanya was wonderful, taking care of a couple of minor issues immediately - including late one Sunday evening. We were here for the whole month of October and it was a pleasure. Just to be honest, the furniture is looking a little tired and the couch is not exactly comfortable but overall, we were very happy.

What a great place to call home, plus managers Melissa and Rod made us feel like we were at home. Best accessorized vacation rental ever, down to paper clips. Extremely clean and organized. All the kitchen gadgets one needs. Well maintained building. Kept using the Victoria Public Market below the building for take away foods, bakery and convenience store. Easy walking to everything downtown. Very quiet and private. Know where we’re staying next time.

I stayed here with my dog for 6 weeks as a remote-work escape from Manitoba winter, and it was wonderful! It took no time at all to feel right at home - secure building & parking, excellent and reliable internet, friendly residents, fantastic location. The little park at City Hall is very close for those necessary doggie-business walks, and I enjoyed many long walks around the downtown after work. On the weekends when you have a little more time, I highly recommend the wander from the condo to Beacon Hill Park through the park and down to the beach. The Market Loft condo is quiet, bright, and very comfortable (the bed omg!), with a well-appointed kitchen and lots of cupboard and closet space. Melissa and Rod are welcoming and attentive hosts, and I arrived to some fruit, bread, and milk for my use until I made it out to the store - a very nice touch, and most appreciated. Really, from beginning to end, this was a wonderful working-snowbird experience I'd love to repeat. Enjoy your time at Market Loft, I really did!
