This spacious, modern flat has just been refurbished by talent architect. The location is perfect for families & friends traveling together. You will enjoy a nice terrasse after your cities visit & beach day. Apartment is located in a quiet area within 100m walking distance from tramway T1. You will need only 6 minutes of tram to reach the famous new "Halles gourmandes Gare du Sud" and 10mn to reach the Train station & Jean Medecin avenue where you will find small shops and a large supermarket.
Most of bedroom have private bathroom (5 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom).
