Spacious master bedroom with master bathroom , separate rain shower room with separate Whirlpool bathtub. Laundry room has large capacity Washer & dryer. ...
All bathroom supplies provided.

Pool is not heated!!! Extra charge for pool heater $50/day!!! All linens,beds , towels and pillows are sanitized. Kitchen silverwares / China wares , drinking glasses are cleansed via hot steam dishwasher . There is an extra fee for additional person per night $20/night.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please close the gate behind you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all used dishes by dishwasher !!!! Wash all used pots and pans .place all towels in the laundry room
Leave all your street shoes at the entrance door !!!! Thank you
Place all trash at the outside gray bin and blue bin for the recycling. No pets allowed inside the house !!!! We appreciate your cooperation!!

It was comfortable but needs alot of work and the loction isnt the best not very touristy

The property itself is great. Its very comfortable and spacious, but the owners are over-involved. They met us at check in and came over multiple times without telling us. They also told us that we can't have visitors because it would be "too much electricity and water", which seems ridiculous considering what a large home this is. There's 2 living rooms with 5 couches, 2 dining tables and a pool. I don't know who would want this house and then not have visitors. The internet doesn't reach the two bedrooms on the rightside of the house. The owners also had rules that were never communicated, like you can't open the sliding door in the master. I don't know why. It works perfectly fine. They also didn't like that I had an open suitcase on the floor that I hadn't unpacked. Again it's a great property, but I wouldn't rent again from these owners.
