Situated in the idyllic seaside fishing town of Patonga, Lavender Cottage is a quaint two bedroom cottage available for holiday let year round.

Only 90 mins drive from Sydney airport, Lavender Cottage is perfect for weekend getaways and longer holidays. Escape the daily grind and relax in the tranquil surrounds, with Brisk Bay (beach) on one side and Patonga creek on the other. The cottage boasts two comfortable bedrooms and sleeps 6:

Master bedroom - 1 x king sized bed
Second bedroom - 2 x single beds
Sofa bed - queen sized

Lavender cottage has beautiful wooden floorboards throughout, with french doors opening out to the backyard to welcome in the seaside breeze.

- Living space contains a flat screen TV, DVD player, CD/Stereo, selection of DVD's, boardgames, books and a queen sized sofa bed

- Fully equipped kitchen complete with electric cooktop, oven, coffee machine, microwave, and appliances

- Covered outdoor entertaining area, BBQ, fully fenced, pet friendly (Patonga Beach is leash free), outside wash area - perfect for the quick rinse after returning from the beach!

- Combined bathroom and laundry contains shower, separate toilet, washing machine, full sets of linen and towels (inc. in rate)

The cottage is a mere 100m level stroll to both the creek and the beach. Both offer calm waters suitable and safe for the whole family to swim in. Short walks in either direction will lead you to tennis courts, children's playground, pub and delicious fish & chips.

Patonga is an anglers paradise, brimming with marine life. Fish in the creek, off the beach or venture out into the expansive waters. Bring your rods!

Nestled within Brisbane Water National Park, Patonga is home to a variety of bushwalks that lead to unparalleled views. Continue hiking and you will find yourself at the beautiful Pearl Beach, the perfect spot to enjoy a bite to eat.

A limited ferry service operates daily with trips across to Palm Beach. Regular trains operate from Woy Woy station (a 15 minute drive from Patonga) with the centre of Sydney only an hour away.

You will find major supermarkets, petrol stations, cafes, restaurants and other activities within a 10 minute drive to the nearby towns of Umina and Ettalong Beach. The central coast's largest shopping centre, Erina Fair, is also located nearby. Gosford Racecourse and Central Coast Stadium, home to the Central Coast Mariners are also a 20 minute drive away.

Please note that Patonga is a quiet, peaceful fishing village with permanent residents. We value our friendships with our neighbours & therefore our home is not available to rent as a party house.

A few days in Patonga

Well located property, close to the beach and walking distance to Boathouse Pub. Home is well maintained, comfortably furnished, quality appliances and generous supply of kitchen equipment. There is a spacious back yard for the pet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lavender Cottage has old world charm and a lovely beach side cottage feel. From the white picket fence and the lovely roses out the back, through to the polished wooden floors and the huge backyard, the cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Cross the road and stroll over the sand dunes and you find yourself on the beach to walk, fish, swim or just read a book.

Or if the creek is more your style, a short two minute walk will have you ready to try and catch some Patonga flathead for dinner or just take a leisurely stroll.

The cottage is ideally situated between the Boathouse Hotel as you enter the village and the caravan park at the end of Bay Street.

If a traditional beach cottage break is what you are looking for, Lavender Cottage Patonga is the right destination.
