Fall and The Holidays - at the BEACH - BOOK IT!

Whether summer, winter or in-between, we love the beach and we are walkers! Virginia gets cold! So we tend to think about Vero Beach - Vero weather pops up first on my phone! A comfortable climate - we're happy to have you and yours enjoy our place...enjoy the sound of the waves, the breeze, the sand between your toes, the way the sky changes, and the people - so friendly. It's just fun to be at the beach! Our Sand Castle is designed to be relaxing and EASY to enjoy whether solo or with family and friends.

We have explored the beaches up and down the east coast, and beyond. We enjoy good food, nice people, the excitement of seeking new finds, and the comfort of coming home...and sometimes to a home-away-from-home.

We've lived long enough to know what we like and there is so much to like about Sand Castle and Vero Beach. I never worry if I'm pushed for time before leaving Virginia, because anything I need is just around the corner...and we'd be glad to pass along those resources to you as well. That's how a good neighborhood, and good neighbors, work together.

We enjoy hearing from prospective guests, learning about you and addressing your questions. We want you to feel confident about your decision and comfortable during your stay. And, we strive to respond quickly - you'll generally speak with me - the happy beach gal in the photo. I typically monitor messages from 8 am to 10 pm, and reply as soon as I see your message, within 2-3 hours at most.

A walkable life! "Sand Castle" is in the center of Central Beach - a highly walkable, highly desirable neighborhood! Enjoy your walk to the beach, to lunch or dinner whether casual or upscale, to live theater or the museum of fine art...even to boutiques and to light food shopping. Major shopping, big-box stores, Vero Beach's downtown venues, and Vero Beach Outlets are all easily accessible on the mainland.

Whether you are up early for a sunrise over the ocean, or step out after dinner to see the moonrise over the ocean - it's all unique and so spectacular. Enjoy the super Farmer's Market every Saturday morning - you'll even find breakfast items - and then catch a Saturday evening concert, again with good food available. Or, just walk for the fun of seeing the neighborhood of Central Beach.
