We stayed in a Crown Point rental thru iTrip in Naples over Thanksgiving. The house was perfect, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The big win was the property manager was AMAZING!! From rental, to check-during the stay (as needed) and at check-out. Just an easy text away. Would definitely rent this unit again and would definitely rent thru iTrip again!!

Winter Escape

We stayed a month here & could not have had a better experience. Tammy from Naples Vacation Rentals was incredibly helpful & easy to work with making sure everything was perfect in the home upon arrival. Very comfortable house that is well stocked. We enjoyed watching beautiful sunsets over the lake sitting poolside in the covered lanai. Plenty of large TV’s to watch too. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, immaculately clean home in a wonderful location--a few miles from 5th Avenue and right near the Botanical Gardens. Everything was beyond our expectations. Has everything you need for a family vacation in Naples. Is equipped with all the right "stuff" needed in a rental house. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The pool was hassle free. And the ability to use the subdivision's sauna and workout machines was a big plus. Highly recommend.

The property was very clean, spacious, and beautiful. Our entire family were thrilled with the home. It truly had everything one could ask for and more. The covered outdoor eating area with outdoor tv was a nice touch. The house is well located within minutes of 5th avenue restaurants and also the beach. Lovely pool and patio.

The house is nice and in a good location. It is a great layout with a big kitchen and the patio/pool are especially nice. It is a very nice community and lovely to walk and ride bikes. We did feel that the linens/towels/kitchen utensils /pool toys/grill need to be updated or replaced. We had problems with the internet and did have to solve on our own but got it working.

This home is so functional, great seating areas in kitchen and lanai. The beautiful , well equipped kitchen is spacious and laid out well. The access to the pool area was terrific, four sliding doors out to the pool. The pool was warm and served us well. The area was great for bicycles and the location was convenient to 5th Avenue and Tin City. The manager was extremely nice and quick to respond.

Welcoming Crown Pointe Home

Our family stayed for two weeks over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was well laid out and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the sunny south facing pool and deck area and liked watching the football games on the outdoor TV. It is conveniently located with lots of nearby amenities and an easy drive to Naples and Marco Island beaches. Tammy was very responsive and attended to all our issues ensuring we had a great stay.

Words cannot express how much my family and I enjoyed your rental. The house was very clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. We spent the majority of our day in the glistening pool while watching the tennis channel (huge plus) on the outdoor tv. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the news and dinner at night under the lanai. The bikes, beach chairs, and umbrella were also a huge plus to our stay. The owner was very responsive to some questions we had during our stay. We look forward to staying at one of your properties in the future. Thanks for the memories !

This house exceeded our expectations. It’s beautiful and modern. Had extra toiletries, lots of towels to use, even had soaps and dish washer detergent. Literally everything you need with lots of room for everyone. We loved the neighborhood and the pool was wonderful. Great place for a family to stay. They could just use an extra set of silverware there since we had a family of 6, we couldn’t just throw them in the dishwasher as we’d need them before it had a chance to run. Minor nuisance. Would def come back here again.

Beautiful property!

My husband and I stayed for a week at the end of March. This home is a short drive from the best of Naples dining, shopping and beaches but it’s in a quiet neighborhood that makes it your own personal oasis. Tammy was so helpful and communicative, and the property is very well appointed and spacious. The covered lanai was perfect for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. Overall just a perfect place to stay!
