Great stay - would definitely recommend. Comfy beds, nice sized kitchen and great bathroom.Walking distance to excellent shops, cafes and restaurants and only 20 mins drive to Orange and all the wineries around Orange.

We’ll equipped and great location

We loved staying here. Perfect for our little dogs and for the freezing cold weather! Warm and cosy, perfectly located and such a charming town.

The Milthorpe Cool

Just across the road is a great pub! It’s our third time in Milthorpe and the pub gets better and better. Great welcoming people and food is good too

Lovely apartment, great location

The property was brilliantly located, and communications with the owner meant check in was very easy. The apartment itself was perfect for our stay, with both bedrooms large and comfortable, and a good sized lounge area. The kitchen had all we needed, and the bathroom was large and had fantastic water pressure in the shower. All in all, a great find in a lovely location.

Great little apartment

It was a great apartment, within the heart of the town. Everything was walking distance. We booked last minute and the host was very accommodating. We brought our whippet as well. She even sent us some recommendations for where to book in and eat. We loved our weekend there and will definitely book here again.

Cozy and comfortable

Hearty and enjoyable. Accommodation had a welcoming feel, although needed to be mindful of step to living area. Location was very central, ideal for long weekend.....did not need a car. Thankyou

Pet friendly spot in a lovely location

Clean quiet and inviting. Shops & restaurants round the corner. But Mon -Wed restaurants limited . We cooked our own meals. Kitchen well equipped for a simple meal. The yard is pup friendly but not fully fenced. Agree with advice to keep dog on leash nohave a good

Tricky terrain

As we were older patrons, 76-81 we found the steep step from the entrance to the kitchen hazardous and then again having older bladders the sprint from the bedrooms up the step to the bathroom in the dark was a danger. The TV remote didn’t work and the wall air conditioner would not work. A few dead flies added colour to the decor.

The property was very well located within Millthorpe. All venues were within walking distances. Millthorpe had an old world charm and the people who lived there were friendly. I would recommend Millthorpe for a quiet getaway.

Perfect getaway

Private self contained accommodation in the historic village of Millthorpe.Perfect for exploring the area .But also perfect for staying put with a book.Good pub and nice food options.But also kitchen and BBQ with lovely outdoor area for DIY eating.Perfect weekend or longer .And most importantly COMFY BEDS.

Lovely stay in great location

Pym 23 is the perfect base to explore Millthorpe and surrounding area. It is very well presented, comfortable and relaxing. Mary was a great host and made us feel very welcome.

Beautiful stay

First time booking PYM23 in Millthorpe for my mother birthday weekend and what a wonderful experience. The cottage is beautifully appointed with everything you need for your stay and pristinely clean. Two very spacious bedroom and the whole cottage is bathed in natural light. Open plan living with a very generous kitchen and the largest shower/bathroom. The private courtyard and bbq is a great inclusion to relax and enjoy this picturesque town. Very conveniently located in the centre of town enabling easy stroll through the array of beautiful stores, restaurants and eateries. The owner Mary makes you feel welcome on arrival when picking up the keys. Nothing was to much trouble. And could leave without a few special items from your store. I highly recommend PYM23 when staying in Millthorpe, we definitely will be back. Thank you Mary

Lovely Property. Highly Recommend

We stayed in this property when attending an event in nearby Orange. The property is very comfortable and decorated to a high standard with lots of nice touches. The location is fantastic, set in the heart of Millthorpe (which is very pretty), with great shops and cafes on the doorstep. The service was excellent too.
