A well presented 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse fully air conditioned with a tandum lock up garage and fully fenced grassed courtyard with a BBQ. We offer free WIFI, Foxtel and Netflix.

The Townhouse is spread over 3 levels with the bedrooms up the top, the main room has a king bed with ensuite and a tv, the 2nd bedroom also with its own bathroom with a double bed plus a balcony. Downstairs the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals, it has a dishwasher and microwave to make short or long term stays comfortable and convenient. The grassed courtyard is perfect for children to have some outside time and has a Weber BBQ. On the ground level you can drive straight into the lock up garage thats allows you to park 2 cars tandem if needed. You can enter the townhouse through internal stairs keeping you out of the weather.
Location
Inner city Paddington is one of the oldest and definitely the coolest suburbs in Brisbane. With cafes restaurants and bars buzzing every night of the week, your stay here is never going to disappoint. Suncorp Stadium is a 15 minute walk and 10 minutes in a cab will have you in the heart of the Queen Street Mall or at Southbank. The Wesley, Mater and RBH Hospital are all only a ten minute trip away. Paddington Central is 5 minutes up the road which has Woolworths, Post Office, cafes, pharmacy, medical Centre and a bakery.

The place was nice and easy to use. Everything was set up well and made for a relaxing stay. Rosalie Village is just around the corner so super convenient for dining out or good quality produce from the deli and butcher.
It was a great stay and the location was easy to navigate around Brisbane. Plenty of choices of eateries and coffee shops. The property was great Lorons communication was fabulous. I would stay here again
We really enjoyed staying in Loren's town-house. Location was amazing for us, communication with host was smooth and all requests were solved quickly. This place gets my best recommendations.

This property is very well located with easy access to buses and trains. It was a wonderful place from which to launch our exploration of Brisbane. Everything was as outlined in the web site, very clean and tidy. The town house was in easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. On Sundays, the 5 Boroughs restaurant makes gorgeous fresh smoothies. We would definitely stay again.

The property was really well presented. The location was perfect for our needs. I was very impressed with the amount of freely available condiments and necessities such as washing liquids and dishwashing capsules. (In so many occasions previously I have had to purchase such items) The set up of the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms really suited us. The laundry set up was great, and the ease of access for our car was really easy. Thank you for providing such great accommodations, very quiet, very clean and easy to keep tidy.
Apartment was great with a fully stocked kitchen, nice backyard to hang out in and full set of amenities. The neighborhood is fantastic with a wide variety of restaurants, a butcher, a baker and two grocery stores. An easy walk to the stadium and down to the ferry station to get downtown.
We LOVED this little condo! It was in a perfect location with shops and restaurants literally steps from the door! It was clean and equipped with absolutely EVERYTHING you could need for a comfortable stay! When we return to Brisbane in a couple of years I will for sure try to rent this little piece of heaven again if it is available! Not one single complaint!
Very pleased by the location of the stay itself, was close to a lot of places we all needed to go to. Our stay was very clean, Lots of space for the 4 of us and great communication to how I can access and what I can do before I leave .. I highly recommend to all, would most definitely book again on our next stay, such a beautiful stay, not to mention the back yard was perfect, study table and tv / games and books !! 10/10 love love love it
The townhouse was clean, had all the he amenities we needed as was in the heart of Rosalie, Brisbane. Transit was easily accessible and frequent. The bus to downtown took 15 minutes.
Paddington townhouse was a great property for our stay in Brisbane. Quiet, secure and an easy/cheap trip into the city. Only small change I would make is a curtain on the small square window in the bedroom. I could clearly see into the neighbouring property and vice versa but there was nothing I could place there to add privacy or block light. Regardless, we will definitely stay again.

The property is well located near the Rosalie village. The layout is great with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and living downstairs. The bathrooms are small but it is great to have 2 bathrooms.
There are air conditioning units in both bedrooms and downstairs.
First time to Australia. This nice and clean home was stocked with every we could need and located in a perfect location for us to explore and enjoy the city of Brisbane. Tons of amenities, many restaurants, two butcher shops, public transportation, movie theater, and much more within a 1 block radius. Host was friendly and communicative and helped our stay be as enjoyable as possible. We will be back. Thank you
We came for a week's holiday and to spend time with family. Everything we needed was so close - numerous restaurants, take-away, and coffee shops, excellent delicatessen with fresh takeaway meals, boutique cinemas, bars, chemist, and plant nursery all literally 2 minutes around the corner. Public bus transport at the door. Train station 13 minute flat walk with CBD 2 stops, City Cat ferry 20 minute walk with CBD 2 stops and Southbank 3 stops. Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens 5 minute drive. Suncorp Stadium 12 minute walk. Accommodation was airy, clean, comfortable, quiet, and lovely bonus private open grass courtyard. Three level accommodation, with garage and laundry ground level, living/kitchen/dining and courtyard 1st level, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms 2nd level. Host was very responsive. Beautiful, picturesque area with Queenslander cottages galore. A lovely stay.
