Sit on the verandah with your coffee / sundowner gazing at the mature trees and birdlife or stroll to your verge to see the sea.This property has the real holiday house feel!

We loved Lalapanzi. It had an airy feeling, with a beautiful green tree outlook through the huge front window. The bedrooms were large and fresh with the most comfortable beds. The bathrooms were large, new and clean.The kitchen was easy to use with everything thought of , including some things in the pantry. Loved the alfresco too. Our little dog, loved it too. 10/10.

Lovely Stay

Was a great property had everything you need in the home. Lovely outside area to relax in. Ample room for the 7 of us. Had a great time. About 25 min walk to town but was a nice stroll. Very close to beach and the dogs loved walking there in the mornings. Will definitely be back.

Great house and facilities

The house is well maintained with great facilities included and in a good location. Inside and outside spaces are great. While it fronts a road that is busy during the day, with the house closed up the noise is minimal and traffic subsides considerably after hours. The yard is ideal for a dog with good fencing and plenty of room.

Simply Beautiful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lalapanzi. Our family stay included 3 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog. We spent the easter long weekend in this beautiful property, the kids absolutely loved the loft bedroom and the beautiful garden. A great location to walk or drive into Dunsborough town centre and the local beach. The host was so easy to contact and answered all questions quick and efficiently. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again.

Family getaway

Communication with the owner was over and above. Small yard but big enough for the two dogs. Easy access to the beach (short walk). Hard to find a property with access for someone limited mobility but this ticked the boxes including the bathroom. Thank you 5 stars

Great stay

Enjoyed our stay here. Great spot close to beach. Fireplace was lovely in the evenings and house was clean and had lots of pantry items. Only issues - towels were clean but quite stained, and given we’d had to pay extra for linen and towels this was a bit disappointing. There was also a lot of noise coming from neighbours on the Saturday night! Didn’t quieten down til 22:30. Kids were a bit unsettled by it.

Hi Christine, Thank you for taking the time to review our home. I am sorry you had a couple of issues, I wish you would have let me know during your stay and we would have sorted them. As we use a premium linen company that services quite a few of the larger hotels we expect to provide perfect linen and could have sorted that immediately. I am surprised by the neighbors being noisy as well as it is unusual. I hope you still managed to enjoy your holiday, and if you stay again please contact us with any issues. Thanks!

Fantastic stay, great hosts and better than we expected. The house is a generous size and our kids loved it; Bonus we could take our doggy on his first weekend away. We were in Dunsborough for event hosted across the road and it was super convenient. The road was busy during the day but that was expected, especially this weekend.

Nice holiday house garden very good for dogs ... the outside setting and barbecue could do with a revamp .... unfortunately it's on a very busy corner traffic noise was at times horrendous... it's very close to a beautiful netted beach .... We did enjoy our stay ... it's very clean inside and has some nice touches .

All you need for a great holiday

The property is well situated in Old Dunsborough, well presented and comfortable. Very secure back garden for our dogs. The owners were helpful and obliging. Lovely we will use the property again 😊

Perfect family escape

Lalapanzi was well equipped for a family including tweens. Very functional, comfortable beds, clean and would be great at any time of year. The location is perfect, 5mins to beach. Easy walk to town or 3mins in car. Best for us was that our pooch was welcome and the location is really well fenced for a pet. Highly recommend this place.

Great location and house

Very nice house with everything as described and only a 5 min walk to beach in old dunsborough and a 20 min beachside walk to main part of town. Everything we needed was in the house with large bedrooms, big bathrooms and good sized kitchen, a good deck n relaxing entertainment area. From 1st enquiry through to check out the hosts were great and very accomodating - we all really loved our stay

Had a great week at Lalapanzi - (lovely and secure) yard so we could take our fur baby on his first family holiday! Noise from Gifford Road a bit annoying, but proximity to our favourite beach in the world more than made up for it.

Beautiful house

Lovely house and furnishings. Only qualms are it's on the corner of a main road and the backyard faces that road so it's not quite. Also had sponges and coffee pods missing. Tv remote also missing, and apple tv remote not working properly. However manager was prompt in trying to resolve the issues for us. Second queen bed was also a little uncomfortable but told main bedroom mattress very comfy. Pillows very comfy. Over all enjoyed the stay. Nice and close to the beach and low tide for kiddies and dogs. Thanks for letting us come.
