Cozy waterfront gem, 75 foot shore on lake Sammamish. Pristine water, shore comes to the balcony. 50 foot dock with panoramic views and sunsets facing west of lake Sammamish. Inside the 650 sq. ft cabin, you will find one full bedroom and one full bathroom with a foldout sofa bed in the living room and a kitchen to accommodate your cooking needs. When you are not cooking you can swim, relax or simply just sit on the brand new dock or lakefront patio with a glass of wine.

The landscape is well maintained and kept up for your visual pleasure. this picturesque yard makes you want to split your time between the lake and back yard.

If you are looking to get away and relax on your own private cabin getaway with a private beach or in town for business this is the beach house cabin for you!

IMPORTANT NOTES BELOW BEFORE BOOKING:

*No WiFi available. There is a WiFi Verizon hotspot available, but does not guarantee it will work for everyone. So please only book if you are fine with the possibility of not having WiFi as we cannot promise it works for everyone. There is good cell service for most carriers.*

*We provide a grill outside and sometimes propane but we cannot guarantee it is enough for your grilling needs. If there isn’t enough propane for your needs please feel free to purchase one from a nearby grocery store and then take it home with you when you checkout.

*Parking: Parking is available on the side of the lake road. There is enough room to park your car on the side of the road while still keeping distance from the main road.

Perfect to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves on the shore. Nice private spot. East Lake Sammamish Trail runs right behind the property but was not intrusive. Beautiful weather. Plan on returning!

Lakefront Gem

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this little lakefront cabin, and will look forward to staying there again someday. The weather during our stay (Thanksgiving week) didn't really allow us to sit and enjoy the patio, but inside the cabin we were warm and cozy, snuggled up on the couch reading, playing DVD's and watching the changing weather and views out across the lake.

We’ve already re-booked another weekend. We ditto a lot of what others have said in their comments. Here’s a couple that we think are worth adding. Overall very clean & seems newly renovated. Very hot water & nice water pressure from shower head. We loved all the storage in the huge bathroom mirror/medicine cabinet! The beach house had great storage, baskets & shelves with plenty of room for clothes/food & extras. We especially appreciated that the windows were clean inside AND outside & that the deck & furniture was free from leaves & debris. Loved the stringed outside lights! Great location on the lake with sunset views. Very private. You can’t beat being footsteps from the water & walking trail. The sounds of the birds and the waves were so relaxing. Surprisingly quiet. Loved having the kayaks! We saw so many eagles & birds we lost count. My favorite was seeing an otter! The homeowner was very nice & immediately responded to any questions. Only negatives were we weren’t wasn’t crazy about the parking spot. The couch was very comfortable, but we wished there was an ottoman or an additional comfortable chair. It rained the first couple of days so we stayed inside mostly. It would have been more comfortable to be able to put our feet up since we are older. We detected a slight mustiness when we first arrived, but once we opened the windows it aired out quickly. Very understandable with being on the water with all the windows. We highly recommend this quaint & quiet lake house. We are so grateful that someone would rent this out for others to enjoy when they aren’t using it!

Stunning lake views, right on the water. Kayaks are a ton of fun! Parking is stressful, though (parallel parking on a dirt incline next to busy highway). Kind of hard to find, but once you do, you won't want to leave 😀

Heavily Perfumed Waterfront

Parking is to be found on side of busy road. Unlit stairs through construction zone take you down to bungalow. Waterfront location is beautiful. Multiple plugged in air fresheners and perfumed sheets made for a rough first night despite immediately unplugging air fresheners. We slept elsewhere the second night and left windows open, making the third night tolerable. An animal under the house made substantial noise that morning. Dock on water was beautiful and the property's highlight.

Perfect lake cabin getaway!

This cabin was absolutely adorable. Loved the location, tucked away on the lake side outside of a walking trail that went for miles. Located Right on the lake with beach front access and loved the new dock to have our boat with us all weekend. The cabin was tastefully decorated and the perfect space for our weekend away.

Perfect little getaway!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this charming place on beautiful Lake Sammamish. Everything was exactly as described with some nice extra touches added to make our stay even better! Great communication with host and easy access to property. The location can't be beat, so calm and peaceful and the available water toys (kayaks, paddle boat, air mattresses) make enjoying the lake lots of fun. We would definitely return!

Wonderful waterfront cabin

My boys (10 and 7) and I had so much fun swimming, kayaking, and even trying to fish off the dock at this lakefront property. It's a tiny cabin (as advertised), but the outdoor space more than makes up for it. I also loved walking the trail behind the cabin, seeing deer, and picking blackberries. Such a beautiful place! Thank you for making this place available to us.

This place was amazing! My wife and I stayed here and the location is way better than what the pictures show. Incredible get away. The house is small but has everything you need and the outside accommodations are fantastic. Kayaks, paddle boat, floats all worked perfectly. This property was VERY clean and well maintained. If you had more than two people it would be a little tight but there is a pull out couch in addition to the small bedroom, so it can be done....but think of this as a couple's get away. Property manager is VERY responsive and communication was never an issue. Hope we can enjoy it in the future. Highly recommend this property. Greg and Kate

We are from Oregon and wanted to branch out and see new sights. And we were not disappointed! So beautiful! We had no problems connecting to the hot spot with our phone. Kitchen was just enough to cook a few meals with. The BBQ definitely came in handy as well. The dock was awesome, a great place to sit and look out to the water. We also loved the paddle boat. Our 2 year old thought it was so much fun! Thank you for the great stay! We will be back!

Great little lake house!

Loved the added bonus of the kayaks and paddle boat. The place was bigger than it seemed from the photos. The house was nice and clean and the dock was very nice to have to go swimming off of. The only negatives were: - some of the dishes were dirty we just washed everything we used - the ground is not level so be careful if you have small kids - the propane tank was empty so we had to make an extra run to the store to exchange it.

Enchanting, charming & so beautiful

This cottage was everything I expected. The lake is amazing, wild life with birds was unexpectedly beautiful....bald eagles soaring above, herons , ducks geese and too many other birds to count. Accommodations were great, all little everyday necessities at the house. The view was tremendous. Thank you!!! Lovely stay!!

We enjoyed our stay at this Lake Sammamish property. It was exactly as advertised and Feirouz was easy to contact and very helpful. It is small inside but the outdoor space more than makes up for it!

Not what I thought it would be!

First it took over 45 minutes of driving up and down the road when we discovered that we had to walk to find the property No safe parking We had to park on a busy road off to the side We had to trek quite a ways through an unlit gravel and rotted deck to find it No air conditioning No fan 95 degrees outside and smoke filled air They said the WiFi wasn’t working well They had a tv but it didn’t work They had the deck under construction That they told me but they also had no access to the lake Mold in the bathroom Spiders In the place My sister has asthma so she had to keep going to the car just to breath I talked to her doctor They said we had to leave there We had roughed it one night I started texting the owners the following morning they said they would get a fan after we asked for it the day before My sister needed to breathe They charged us for two days and one day of cleaning when we had to clean it when we got there Then the owner said they were upset over loosing the income! Nothing about our safety or health This was my first time using Vrbo I am so disappointed and felt very let down

Awesome Lake Cabin!

Perfect place to get away. Property is secluded and well-maintained. We stayed 3 nights and being able to hang out at the Lake each day was great! Cabin is small but more than adequate. Kayaks and floating toys were available to use. We came when the dock was under construction; hope to come back when repairs are complete (not being able to use was not an issue for us). The property cannot be seen from the main road, but the Host put out a flag to identify where to find it and where to park. Pack light so you don't have to carry a lot across the trail and down the wooden steps. The Host said the Wi-Fi doesn't always work for everyone... we had no issues with it. We loved this place... can't wait to come back!

loved this cabin

We had a terrific stay at this cabin on the lake. There were kayaks, a paddle boat and floaties. I also brought my wave runner and tied it to a buoy. Plenty of road parking. A little hard to find the place because the google and Apple aren’t accurate. The owner left out balloons though which was helpful.
