The CBD of Perth and the waterfront of Fremantle are both approx 25 minutes away by car. There is a bus that runs during weekdays just a few meters up the road - it runs between Murdoch and Armadale Stations.

The apartment is in a lovely area. Easy walking to local shops. Bus stop right outside. Great communication with owner. Would stay again and highly recommend.
Nice and cosy well appointed and very private considering the family also lives at the property def recommend to anyone who needs a quiet stay close to all amenities and a short commute to the city.
Clean comfortable modern apartment well situated near a shopping mall walks bus ( if you don’t have your own transport) just outside the apartment plenty of eating places cafes beach about 11 miles and easy to get there Kerry-Ann the host is lovely and always ready to help would thoroughly recommend if you are coming over to this area thank you for a fab stay-cay
Great location to many attractions in the area eg Perth City & Freemantle area. Attended the Australian Dragon Boat National Championship held at Armadale. Supermarket close by if needed.

A very quiet neighborhood with an ideal location only 1/2 hour from the city. Esay check-in and out procedure.
Arrived to a lovely peaceful location. Easy checkin and a cosy bright unit with all the necessities. We were able to come and go without disrupting the owners daily lives.
When it was time to leave, it felt like we were leaving our home. Thank you.
One of the best accomodation that I ever rented. The space is big enough for up to 2-3 people, with 2 separate twin beds and 1 couch, complete with all the instructions on everything (lamps, toilets, kitchen, lights, arrival and departure checklists). Kitchen utensils and flat amenities are complete. There's also microwave, fridge and washing machine.
If there's few things I can add, might be a good addition to have room heater, kitchen basic ingredients (cooking oil, salt and pepper), and also shampoo. Soap is provided though.
But overall, this flat is amazing and I absolutely recommend this flat to anyone. 10 out of 10 from me.

The property is located in a quiet area, closed to shopping centre etc.
The two issues we were concerned are
1. There is no curtain for the window in the lounge. It was only with the net which is not blocking people seeing from outside.
2. We found opening the side timber gate was difficult. It was easy to open from outside, lifting the lever.

This property was clean, comfortable and quiet. It has a convenient location close to several shopping shopping centres and main arterial roads.
Quite a few things that were listed in the information folder were missing...including scissors. No major drama and too insignificant to be worried about. It is unusual for Perth to have so much rain but we were there for 7 days and it rained every day. With no clothes dryer it was a challenge getting clothes dry. Maybe a clothes airer would be an asset. Only 2 towels were supplied....not enough for 7 days with no facility for drying.
We would recommend this little unit and would stay again.
