The Space
The contemporary design and luxury interiors of this stunning Yallingup holiday house blend perfectly into the surrounding Jarrah and Marri forests. It’s perfect for 2-3 families, a group of friends and/or couples. It’s located in a tranquil, private location just 8 mins from Dunsborough and a short drive to renowned surfing beaches, wineries, boutique breweries and eclectic art studios.

The spacious open-plan living areas house an entertainer's dream kitchen with huge breakfast bar, equipped with everything a gourmet chef could possibly need. It overlooks the comfortable dining area where there has been many a gathering to mark special occasions and get togethers.

The living area has a large leather modular lounge, two armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV, WiFi, ceiling fans, air-con and an open log fireplace. Imagine winter nights cosied up on the lounge with the fire glowing and crackling away. What could be more perfect!

The living area has sliding door access to the front yard and also onto the large elevated back entertainer’s deck – perfect place for chilling, sipping local wines and catching up with each other while a steak sizzles on the BBQ and birds flit through the treetops.

This home is perfect for relaxing holidays with family and friends and features Marri wood flooring, high quality fixtures and stylish furnishings. The long open-plan living area is flanked on both sides by hallways to private sleeping areas.

The master bedroom with a king size bed and second bedroom with 2 king single beds are situated at one end of the home – both with access to the spacious bathroom and separate toilet. The 3 remaining bedrooms are at the other end of the home – two with queen size beds and the third with 2 single beds. A large bathroom and activity room are also at this end of the home along with 2 toilets.

Kids of all ages will love this home with its separate activity/TV room, ping pong table and trampoline. A portacot and high chair are also available for your use.

The front yard has a small grassed area and smattering of shady trees, perfect for an early coffee whilst listening to the birds and feeling the sultry bay breezes.

If you wake up feeling energetic

Then I recommend putting on your walking shoes and heading off on the walking trail accessed directly from the back of the property. The trails lead through the enchanting Vintners Ridge Valley – one of the hidden gems in the Naturaliste Region.

While you’re staying here make sure you go to the Yallingup wood-fired bakery, it’s only a 15 min walk. The bread made there is biodynamic and so delicious. Try it for breakfast – it's sensational!
