Great location and highly recommended
Great location and easy living apartment with great views and access to the beachfront. Having the extra shower and toilet downstairs, which was a really comfortable “second” bathroom was a great asset.
We had a wonderful stay in this fab beachfront townhouse. Unbeatable location in Dunsborough! Clean, well furnished and so comfortable. Can’t wait to return.
This property is just perfect. Clean, comfortable and a lovely outdoor area. Just across the road from the beach and a few minutes into town. Everything you need for a perfect beach holiday.
Adequately supplied & comfortable.
Great location & views

Great townhouse location but a little dirty and noisy
We stayed for 3 nights whilst attending a wedding. The town house is very well equipped with all the basics you need. There are even some condiments in the cupboards which was great.
The layout was good and we made use of the kids paddle boards.
We had two issues with the accommodation...
Firstly when we arrived the floors were noticeably dirty, although they appeared to have been vacuumed they definitely were not mopped. I would have expected the floor to be mopped considering the cleaning fee and the fact that we also had to strip beds etc on departure. I’m not sure how you can justify the additional charge.
Secondly, the location is beautiful, just opposite the beach and a 2 min walk to the centre of town. This on the other hand also means you are on the main thoroughfare and the noise from passers by can happen late in the evening well as early in the morning. We have children and are used to waking relatively early but sound from the neighbours 2 doors down started at just after 6am.
Although we enjoyed our stay I wouldn’t choose this accommodation again.

Thank you for your review Brooke. I can assure you the floor was mopped before your arrival. This was the last thing that was done prior to closing up the home. Im not sure why you feel it wasnt mopped and I'm sorry you didn't bring it to my attention. We are located in the heart of Dunsborough, best location in the area for town and beach convenience. If booking a town central home then it can be expected some noise Might occur from time to time in the evening as we are at the end of the restaurant strip. Perfect for those wanting easy access to meals and a short stroll for a morning coffee. In any location a neighbour might be heard. Some visitors get up early for surfing, golf or sight seeing as that is why many come visit the south west. A more rural setting might suit your needs next visit.
Prime location, very well equipped townhouse, easy self-checkin. Pleasant decor, Netflix was unexpected bonus. Only have 2 suggestions - instructions on oven operation, and need small waste bin in bathroom.
The.property location is terrific for access to walkways, restaurants and shopping however this comes with the cost of noise in the morning starting at 6/6:30. We are early rises so this wasn’t of real concern. The owners are lovely to deal with and very helpful when required not that you do much given everything is really as you need and super easy to manage.
Had a great week.
Great location opposite the dog beach so the dog can have a good walk along the beach. Fantastic view of the bay and in walking distance to great bars and cafes. Really relaxing place to stay.
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. We were there for the Sculpture by the Bay exhibition and it was a great spot to enjoy the special entertainment (fireworks) and be amongst all the people and atmosphere and get time to swim as well. We have booked many holiday homes in our time but this property was the best because the owners had thought of everything. Lots of good cutlery and plates, a very comfortable sofa, and the shower was amazing. Thank you for a memorable stay in Dunsborough.
We've stayed here several times and it is always the same, comfortable, clean and super convenient.
The bathrooms have been rennovated which was great.
A short walk to town and straight across from the beach, this place is perfect any time of the year.
Fantastic location, house very well supplied with ammenities including Christmas DVD’s and games for the kids. Kids kayaks very great for master 1. Thoroughly enjoyed stay.
Great location and price will definitely book again

Great location, the place inside was disappointing
Location was perfect but the accomodation was a bit of a let down it definitely needs a bit of a face lift. The bath towels had huge stains on them, previous tenants must have broken a glass outside as there was small pieces of glass everywhere which I figured out by cutting my foot. Bathroom was dirty and bath tub was rusty. My husband and I always stay very close to this place but would definitely rent one of the other ones next door which looked a lot cleaner and modern!

Hi Charbel
Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry if there was some glass outside. The carpark areas are right on the cafe strip so I do apologise if a passer by has thrown a glass item onto our area and its smashed. If you had of contacted me to let me know I could have had someone come by and remove it for you. The bath tub has a small 5 cent chip out of it on the front. The owners are remodelling this bathroom in May. It is an older style bathroom, however it is cleaned throughly before every guest. A lot of work has already been carried out at this home, including new bathroom downstairs, new flooring, fresh paint inside and out, gorgeous furniture, Air-conditioning in every room and new blinds. I manage the home next door as well as we use the same cleaner.
