You'll love your break in our beautiful Hamptons beach house. As owners we love staying there too, so please respect our reasonable house rules:

• No house parties or excessive noise under any circumstances
• NO SCHOOLIES-NO STUDENT-UNIVERSITY GROUPS.
• Only the agreed number of guests are permitted to stay
• No pets including visiting pets
• No smoking any where on house grounds
• No PAINT, MARKERS, TEXTAS/GLITTER (our walls are very white and our furniture very new!)
• Check in 2pm, check out 10am
