Absolute Oceanfront 3 Bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor overlooking the beach and the Pacific Ocean. Adjacent to Nobby's Beach Surf Club with restaurant, bar, and patrolled beach for safe swimming. Also, the adjacent trendy BSKT cafe which is perfect for breakfast. lunch and coffee whilst only a very short stroll into Nobby's Beach Shopping Village for all other convenience like a chemist, bottle shop, bakery, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Complimentary WiFi

Check-in & Check out procedure
Check-in is via reception at Spindrift on the Beach located at 37 Albatross Ave, Mermaid Beach (100mtrs north of Darenay building)
If arriving outside of reception hours please phone ahead and let Spindrift know and they will send through late arrival instructions. Your keys will be in the late arrivals safe located on the outside wall of the Spindrift reception. Inside will be an envelope with your name on it and keys, instructions, and map inside

Amazing view from property, clean & tidy Annoying to only have 1 set of keys given to us Also would have been nice to have had extra bin bags as you don't really want to buy these when you are only staying there for a few nights

Location is the best!

The location can’t be beat with the beach out your front window, the ocean breeze and walking distance to restaurants. The property is a little beat up but for the price, I couldn’t complain. I didn’t realize it when I booked but this unit has no A/C. I didn’t need it when I visited in November...a nice breeze the whole time, plus there are ceiling fans.

Needs the basics

Amazing location on the beach but it is lacking in interiors (which hasnt been updated for several decades, think mirrored wardrobes) and lacks virtually all basics (1 laundry and dishwashing packet provided, no salt or pepper, no oil, 1 roll toilet paper provided, 1 bin liner provided) We asked but no top up is provided. This means you spend a day buying all the basics that would simply go to waste. This isnt up to the standard you expect for a property at this price. We hope the owners/managers consider providing the basics and getting it up to the standards expected these days.

As we advertise that we do supply a starter pack of the basics for your holiday to get you through the first night of your stay. There was plenty of dish liquid there was actually a whole bottle but no one used it I see by the mess that the kitchen was left in. And the standards these days are the you should leave the apartment how you find it clean and tidy.

The Unit is a bit old the bathrooms are well presented. The housekeeping could be better. The one sofa in the lounge needs repair it sinks in, but overall it’s great. Loved our stay will be back.
