This is the Ultimate 3 bed/2 bath Florida rental. Relax by the pool, sit inside the screened in party room, with fridge, 55 in TV, grill, while enjoying the best weather Florida has to offer. Located 5 miles from Clearwater beach. Every restaurant, bar, and store you could possibly want within a 2 mile radius. Baseball fans will love catching Spring Training games at Spectrum Field, home of the Philadelphia Phillies, located just a short 10 minute WALK from the house. You will love making memories here!

We stayed at this property for 8 nights/ 9 days. We absolutely loved this property. It is in a quiet location. It is roomy and had everything we needed for our stay. We absolutely loved the screened in porch with extra seating, grilling and a great view of the back yard/ pool. The pool was amazingly refreshing. Bradley was absolutely one of the best hosts we have ever had. He was very quick to respond and made sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our time here. It is a close drive to Clearwater beach, but far enough that there wasn’t the busy chaos of the island. I would 100% stay at this property again and recommend anyone else to stay here. It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and just over all, a great place. The price was great for the area and well worth it! Thank you to Bradley for the great place to stay!

Plenty of seating, tables , chairs and couches, comfortable beds, well stocked with pillows , blankets and towels.Dishwasher, washer/dryer, pool chairs, beach chairs, floating tubes, sand toys ,beach chairs, games, puzzles and tv in every room.Showers with great shampoo, conditioner and soaps. Kitchen, coffee pot and Keurig option. Fully stocked kitchen with every utensil, pots and pans, dishware, bowls, plastic storage containers, cups and glasses., silver ware and every utensil you can think of!Pool is sparkling clean , great size and depth!Quiet neighborhood, great convenient location to Airport , Beaches , Johns Pass (marina), Tarpon Springs, Walmart, Publix , CVS, Restaurants, Baseball field etc.Off street parking .Owner & Property mgt best ever, communication is quickly replied and very kind. This is hospitality at its best. Feels like home .Only one problem, it's hard to leave A definite return again and again.
