About this property

Dromana beach house - only 150m to the beach, with free WIFI and near town

The house
This lovely beach house is located only 150m from the Dromana beach and just a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre. This house has been recently renovated and boasts a beautiful kitchen with stone benchtops and enormous stainless steel oven plus dishwasher. It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms inside. It has a large reverse cycle AC; gas central heating; flat screen TV with Netflix and DVD player; bluetooth speaker, espresso machine and lots of toys, books and games to keep everyone entertained.

The unit in the backyard
PLUS out back there is a large self-contained unit with lounge, kitchenette, queen bedroom, 2 single beds, bathroom and toilet. It also has a reverse cycle AC plus TV and DVD player. The unit also has a toaster, kettle and microwave oven.

So this house is suitable for two families or multi-generational getaways!

There is also free unlimited Broadband WIFI in the house and unit.

Linen
We supply pillows, doonas in their covers and extra doonas are in the wardrobes if needed. Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases and bath towels OR we can order a linen service for you at an additional cost of $25 pp which includes all linen and bath towels, all you need to do is bring your beach towels! If you wish me to arrange this please let me know when you book.

The outside
Outside is a fabulous merbau deck with a Weber Family Q gas BBQ and outdoor setting for up to 10 people. This area leads onto a beautiful fully fenced backyard, great for kids and/or pets - whatever you like!

There is also a table tennis table for the teenagers plus an activity climbing play centre for the little ones.

The backyard is completely sealed off so it is totally child and pet friendly.

Bedding
The house has 2 x QS beds in separate bedrooms plus a third bedroom with 2 single beds.

The unit has one QS bedroom and two single beds.

The house and unit combined have three bathrooms and 3 toilets.

Activities
Golf courses, wineries, day spas, child friendly beaches, surf beaches, fishing, the newly opened Arthur's Seat Eagle gondola and great restaurants all at your doorstep.

I highly recommend The Valley golf course which is 5 minutes away at Safety Beach. It’s flat, testing and very picturesque, and only about $30 per round for green fee players.

Also, why not try the Enchanted Maze at Arthur’s Seat. There are ropes courses, massive slides and lots to do for all the family. We have been there many times and highly recommend it.

If you like a drink there are 4 premises about 1.5 km away just over the other side of the Freeway, about a 25 minute walk. There is the Jetty Road brewery, the JimmyRum distillery, the Bass and Flinders Distillery and a cider distillery! All within 500 metres of each other! You can also get a meal at some of them at reasonable prices.

Shopping
The IGA in Dromana was awarded the best in Australia, check out their cheeses and seafood sections, it’s about 5 minutes by car. Aldi is about a 15 minute walk and you pass the Dromana Indoor Market on the way which is always worth a look. If you keep going past the freeway you will find The Factory Antiques which is a great place to find a treasure!

Great stay

Excellent property for family and friends with pets. Back yard is fully secure, great for pets and kids. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the city centre. We certainly will come again.

This house is very close to the beach so you can go back and forth all day long and forget the car. Walk to the shops or go to Aldi which is only a few hundred metres away. There is so much to do you will wish you could have stayed longer!

What makes this property unique

Our house has a separate unit out back with a QS bed and two singles plus a living area with TV/DVD and a recently renovated kitchenette. Its ideal for two families or three generations who maybe need some quiet time!
