The cull de sac location is perfect for a cosy and quiet “home away from home” and the private patio area is an ideal place for you to have your morning coffee.

The villa is equipped with security screens to all the doors and offers parking out front.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom accommodates 2 single beds, both with a bright modern feel and furnishings.

Being in Perth first time and there be next one soon!

Away from the city quiet neighbourhood is very tranquil. Josh is very responsive to answer any query and his apartment is near to malls and supermarkets. My family love staying in his apartment especially my girls. But some inputs in the aprtment need to improve. Other than that the apartment location is just so awesome.

This is a great little villa. It was perfect for our needs & a very comfortable home away from home. It was very modern & spotlessly clean, such excellent value for money, in fact, one of the best value for money properties we have ever stayed in. The owner Joshua is very approachable & always helpful. the villa has easy access to the train station, freeway & shopping centres plus Fremantle is not far away. Even in the south lake area we walked to 3 different lakes. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & would highly recommend it.
