Available for short term (min 2 weeks) and longer stays or upon request. All the mod cons, electric blinds, electric drawers, coffee machine, 50 " wall mounted TV with sound surround DVD player. Two large outdoor entertaining areas, upstairs balcony with views to the river and parklands, downstairs covered deck with BBQ and outdoor table and lounging chairs. All overlooking the fabulous Sir James Mitchell park and Swan river where the swans and native birdlife live.

Two upstairs bathrooms and an additional powder room downstairs for guests. Modern kitchen, island bench, Miele appliances and scullery/laundry. The living area has a study nook with internet and ample desk space for the business person. Both upstairs and downstairs overlook the green parklands and lake views. Two bedrooms with a spare middle room for additional guests or an additional small living area for quiet TV viewing. All rooms have views and access to the deck or balcony. Sunny, warm and relaxing.

Location couldn't be any better, on the bus route or take the ferry to the CBD. Or for the walker, bike rider or jogger, we are right on the cycle or walking path around the river to the city. Cafes', restaurants, bars and shops all within 5 minutes walk. Or simply picnic on the foreshore.
