This 1BR apartment is on the 1st floor of a 1950's apartment building. It has a small strip balcony overlooking the quiet lane. The space is comprised of a living room, kitchen and dining area, and a double bedroom with large bathroom (with walk-in shower) attached. The apartment was recently renovated in late 2018 and is completed to a very high standard. Colours are in cool minimal style, with some splashes of colour. The sleek modern kitchen hosts a number of brand new appliances including oven and filter coffee machine. The living room has 2 large, comfy sofas, one of them folds into a double bed. There is also a large flat screen TV with terrestrial TV and BBC.

Treat yourself to the chicest pied-a-terre in town! This is a lovely one-bedroom apartment on a very quiet (pedestrian) street in the heart of Plaka. Guests will appreciate the excellent location, tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings in this recently renovated, fully equipped property.
