Deluxe, perfect, location is amazing, comfortable and beautiful!

We loved staying at Bella Farm house. Everything was perfect and just what we wanted for our little escape. Amazing house, very comfortable and everything inside is impeccable. The views are fabulous and the spa was perfect!

Amazing house and location

Beautiful property and house. Awesome outdoor hot tub and close to an amazing brewery. Only about a 10 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous place for a small group

We were a small group of 4 couples, we loved the jacuzzi and the fire pit. There was plenty of firewood provided, the house was clean and well stocked. The location was great, 5mins drive to main centre. Heidi was easy to communicate with, the instructions were easy to follow. Beautiful place and would definitely stay again!

Nice break

A really nice place to stay even in the rain. Lovely property with great views. Linda responsive and helpful. We booked for four adults so it was a little bit strange to find two of the bedrooms were locked off during our stay

being out in the countryside was awesome

the views were great. we could never catch a kangaroo though.....they were kinda skittish....just kidding. the wrap around porch was a great place to have our morning coffee and end the evening with a cocktail. very quiet.and very clean.

Beautiful, very well equipped and amazing location. We had a lovely stay. Not detracting from a brilliant time, aCouple of bits of info;Sleeps 10 but we booked for 2 people staying, so most rooms including one of the bathrooms/toilets locked up which worked ok for us, but could be difficult if any flexibility required, so might be best to book for more if you’re not sure.Horses on the property with multiple people attending to care for them daily - our dogs were ok with the horses and the lovely people - we keep them closely supervised (and we discovered their absolute love and gentleness around horses, amazing) - if your dogs are unpredictable it does mean having to keep an eye out in both mornings and evenings for people in the garden.My fault entirely - I somehow missed ticking a box on the booking form about pets coming which seemed to be an issue so be sure to check that.

Country Getaway .

We spent 3 days at Bella farm, it was time well spent for a family catchup. All we had to do was relax as everything was catered for. I would recommend highly.

Tranquil with Gorgeous Landscapes

The property was just exquisite with all the amenities as advertised on the Stayz website. Heidi was just absolutely wonderful and made a conscious effort in communicating to see if we had any concerns. Would highly recommend this beautiful farm house, complete with the outdoor jaccuzi which was utilized after a day of wine tasting. Thank you Heidi for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home! We will definately stay again.

We wanted a quiet country stay with family and that is what we got! We had a bonus flyover of ww2 aircraft that we thought were practicing for ANZAC day from Cessnock Airport.

Bella Farmhouse

I had a lovely few days at Bella Farmhouse with a couple of my friends! The house was lovely, perfect what we needed and perfect if we had a bigger group also! Heidi was so lovely throughout all our communication and even texted to make sure everything was going alright! Will definitely be back to visit!

Birthday weekend

From start to finish our weekend was amazing, the house was clean and cosy and smelt delicious when we arrived, Heidi had left us some birthday treats and made us feel very welcome. The spa is great and the outside bbq area too with great views and beautiful sunsets. The house is beautifully furnished and very comfortable, we would definitely come back! Thanks Heidi!

Thank you for a lovely stay! The house was so clean and obviously well taken care of. We had such a wonderful stay, the kids absolutley loved the spa, trampoline and kangaroo visits!
