Located in a friendly and quiet street with just 5 minutes drive to the calm waters of Little Beach, which is perfect for children, and of course the Boat Ramp and Jetty. Just a 10 minute walk to the skate park and Fly Point Reserve and the waters edge, where you will find grassy picnic areas, public BBQ's, public facilities, and a playground for the kids.
Positioned just a few minutes to the Golf course and Nelson Bay CBD and the DÁlboras Marina, where all the whale watching, dolphin and fishing tours and activities depart from, and where all the fantastic restaurants, cafes and shops are located.

The property accommodates up to five guests including children, and features three bedrooms, a comfortable open plan living area with polished floorboards.
Air conditioning in the main living area and ceiling fans throughout the house.

Three bedrooms, main with king bed, second bedroom with a double bed and the third with a single bed.

The bathroom comes with a shower, bath and a vanity and a separate toilet.
Very eco-friendly house with Solar electricity and Solar hot water.
Other features include an internal laundry with top loading washing machine, dryer and access to the rear yard.

A fully enclosed back yard with a sheltered outdoor entertaining area with a 4 burner BBQ and a 6 seat outdoor setting, and a HOT and COLD outdoor shower.

A driveway for one or two vehicles and off street car spaces for two vehicles or suitable to park a small to medium boat, jet ski or trailer.

Please note - The initial bed linen, bath towels, pillows and covers will be provided. Extra requests will be charged for a fee of $30 per set.

Guests will still need to bring their own beach towels.
