Beautiful sunrises

This was a girl’s trip so we enjoyed having our own room. The condo was in a great location and we always felt safe and secure. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrises and talking walks on the nearby path. The condo was filled with all the necessities and was close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. It’s close to the airport and good stating point for drives north and south. We absolutely loved it!

Property was very nice. There are many restaurants close by and a grocery store within walking distance. The place was well stocked with kitchen and beach gear. The location made travel to the north and south parts of the island easy.

Perfect location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location was very central to go to the south side and the north side of the island. If you want to hear the ocean and see the ocean this is your place. The condo was clean, well maintained and the perfect size for us. We walked to dinner each evening. We arrived before check in and were allowed early entry since housekeeping was complete.

Excellent stay

Amazing view, clean, quiet, comfortable! We would definitely stay there again! It is also in a convenient location...can get to grocery and a few restaurants by walking and can drive north or south easily. We had an issue with the front lock and they were there to fix it within minutes. Communcation was excellent.

We loved our stay! The location of the condo is wonderful. Close to a big grocery store and other amenities, and the condo faces the ocean! Waking up to ocean breezes every morning was the best. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were great in communicating and making sure all was well. We'd love to come back!

Enjoyed our time in Kauai

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was as described. We did have an issue with no hot water but it was addressed in a responsive manner. It took a day to get hot water but we enjoyed, nonetheless. I would stay again.

We enjoyed our time at this wonderful condo! Location and views are great, beach is nice with a little better swimming next door. All kinds of access to resources and service across the street for the condo complex. Unit was very clean and as illustrated on the website.The only thing I would recommend is to be prepared for humidity, as it was very hot when we were there and there is no air conditioning in the unit.

Fabulous location!

Breathtaking views from this condo! Right on the beach. You can sit in the living room or on the lanai and have a wonderful view of the ocean. Fabulous breeze. It was hard to make ourselves leave to explore more of the island! The condo was spotless, the beds were clean and comfortable, the hosts were very helpful. The location was so convenient to the North Shore and the South Shore, with so many places to eat and shop right there in Kapa'a. This is where we would stay any time we're fortunate enough to return to Kauai! We absolutely loved it!

Beautiful Condo With Perfect View

We really enjoyed our stay! Jim and Montserrat did everything they could to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The condo is well appointed with multiple comfortable seating areas and two bedrooms. The kitchen is also well stocked with basic supplies. Opening all of the windows gives you that nice Kauai breeze and a direct ocean view. We were sad to go, but look forward to coming back soon.

Perfect Getaway

This is a stylish, clean, and very comfortable condo perfect for relaxing, with easy parking access, nearby stores and restaurants, and central Kapa’a location for getting to activities on the south or north end of the island. Fantastic views from the balcony (though we weren’t fans of the giant sandbags, presumably to prevent beach erosion) but overall a really wonderful place to call home on Kauai. Great communications with the host. Highly recommended!

Perfect place to Stay on Kauai!

This condo is IDEAL! The view is so beautiful! Really appreciated the elevator when handling our belongings. Everything we needed was there in the condo. Such pretty furnishings. Everything clean, & comfortable. If we return to Kauai in the future, we will surely stay HERE, & request this one. The large shopping center across the street was incredible! Fresh food, yummy shaved ice, Starbucks, the ABC store, & more. Such a great location. Good communication with owner. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

FUN TIME IN KAUAI

THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL. RIGHT ON THE BEACH. THE VIEW WAS FANTASTIC. HAD BEACH TOWELS, FOLDING CHAIRS, FLIPPERS IF YOU SNORKEL. PARKING WAS GREAT YOU GET YOUR OWN RESERVED SPOT. ELEVATOR WHICH MADE IT EASY TO GET OUR BAGS UPSTAIRS. IT'S NOT AIRCONDITIONED, BUT HAD CEILING FANS IN ALL THE ROOMS AND BOX FANS IN THE BEDROOM FOR EXTRA BREEZE. SAFEWAY STORE RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET AND SEVERAL RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. WAS SO RELAXING. I RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY AND WOULD USE THIS CONDO AGAIN. EVOLVE MADE IT SO EASY WITH DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS AND PHONE NUMBERS IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. THANKS EVOLVE

Unforgettable Property!!

This location is amazing! When you walk in you are met with stellar views and an increíble atmosphere with the decor and cleanliness. The checkin process was seamless with the host and on site staff being incredibly responsive with all requests. You will not be disappointed with this property! Located right in the heart of Kapaa, the convenience of stores and restaurants is a huge plus. Not only did Jim recommend places to go, he also texted about other beach locations to explore. In addition, when anything was needed he was very responsive. We ended up getting most of our meals as take out because the location was so wonderful! The pool was lovely and everyone we encountered didn’t hesitate to help. We will definitely return to this beautiful spot!

Castle Kauai Kailani unit 202 SUPERB!

I must say I LOVE this place! Great location. I love staying here in Kapa'a because it is central on the island of Kauai. You can shoot up to Princeville and Hanalei for a day trip or a sunset - or you can zip down to Poipu or Port Allen for an excursion or go all the way to Waimea Canyon. Very central. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby literally right across the street. Farmers markets very close. I hope to stay here again this fall! Would definitely book here again... About the rental: You have everything you need here. Washer and Dryer. Kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans. Both beds are comfortable. King bed in the main bedroom and a full queen in the oceanside second bedroom. Just one bathroom but great spot for two couples or a family with a couple kids. And you're on the beach! You can literally walk down the stairs with your cup of coffee and catch the sunrise. Fantastic. There's a fancy resort next door, Waipouli, which I've stayed at before but this spot is way more homey. You can chat with your neighbors if you want or just do your own thing. And the Oasis beach bar restaurant next door at the Waipouli is steps away. I saw seals swimming by just chilling on the beach. There's also brand new barbeques on the ground floor, a pool and a rec room with a ping table. Also, for remote workers, the internet is good enough to do your job while chilling in paradise! Highly recommend coffee on the beach for sunrise! Lastly, I was fortunate enough to meet the owners of the unit during my stay, Jim and Montserrat. When I checked in I found they left me a nice welcome card and a $25 gift card to the ABC convenience store across the street next to Safeway and Starbucks. They also texted me during my stay to see if I was comfortable because they had bought some more fans at Costco for the unit. I was totally comfortable but I wanted to meet them so asked them to drop them off. Wonderful people! Very accommodating hosts, great people! Also I got to meet Sheila the cleaning lady - super awesome lady! TWO THUMBS UP FOR A GREAT PLACE TO STAY! Plan to book another stay again here soon...

Great option in Kapa’a area

The ocean views, swimming pool, and super easy beach access makes this unit a top choice. The beds were decent with ample supply of pillows and extra linens. The host communicated directly several times to ensure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Beach chairs, snorkeling gear, cooking tools and appliances, etc. Right across the street from grocery store, restaurants all over, just and all around great spot.
