Gorgeous bright and airy 3 bedroom beach house newly renovated and available to rent this summer!! Fabulous open plan living, dining and kitchen area with double doors leading to a north facing deck with BBQ.

Private FULLY FENCED garden over looking natural bushland perfect for a bit of backyard cricket and for the kids to play.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. The main living area has a large reverse cycle air conditioner / heater. The master bedroom also has a reverse cycle air conditioner / heater and all other rooms have ceiling fans.

For the cooler winter months there is a large and efficient wood burner in the living room which is perfect for snuggling up in front of with a glass of wine and a movie.

Located in the popular first estate of Venus Bay it is a short walk to the shops and cafes in Venus Bay as well as beach number 1 which patrolled by lifeguards in the summer months.

Venus Bay really is Victorias best kept beach secret, tucked away in Cape Liptrap National Park with miles of unspoilt beaches, natural wildlife and fantastic fishing not to mention a true country beach getaway, no suburb by the beach for this location! And all only 2 hrs drive from Melbourne. Amenities include Restaurant and bar (The Cavity) , a well stocked General Store, ice cream and of course Fish & Chips and pizza.

***Please note: Blankets, Pillows and Doonas are supplied at the property. You will need to bring your own linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, pillowcases and bathmat)

Proper beach holiday house

This is a holiday beach house which is clean and has everything you need. Includes a dishwasher, washing machine.A walk to the local shops.Tyoical Venus Bay with a dirt road, so drive slowly and respectfully to keep the dust down. For visitors to Venus Bay, it is lovely. We will be back again.

Cute Beach House

We have stayed at a few properties in Venus Bay. This was was perfect. Not too big, not too small. Felt like a holiday home, not just a house. The host was brilliant with communication all the way through.

Clean, modern, good location, comfortable beach house with lovely furnishings. Bassketball ring outside was a hit as was looking for the resident wombat. Bottle of champange upon arrival was a nice touch. Wood fire heater was also a hit.

Nothing short of amazing!

The host was so helpful and answered all my questions so quickly. She went above and beyond with check in and check out, along with assisting me and my friend who were bringing a baby on this holiday. Would 100% recommend this specific holiday house and host. Will definitely be coming back. Cannot fault at all. So thankful we chose Venus bay and this accomodation for our girls (plus baby) trip! Great family holiday

We had a great time at Elspeth’s place. The communication and check-in was super easy and detailed and Elspeth was vey quick to respond to our questions and also provided us with some great local knowledge that we otherwise may have missed. The gorgeous house is very conveniently located and is within an easy walk to the main beach and shops. The house is also spacious (especially with 2 teenage boys), extremely tidy and contained everything we needed, it really is a home away from home. Thank you Elspeth for a wonderful memorable stay at Venus Bay, we would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous place to stay

A gorgeous place to stay - It was very welcoming with lots of lovely little touches. Wifi really good and it was lovely and clean. Location was also good as it was walking distance to town centre & beach #1. The host was amazing- very helpful with quick responses to my questions.

The house was immaculate and extremely comfortable. Arrangements were seamless, and the owner a pleasure to deal with. Great location walking distance to the shops, surrounded by greenery. I would definitely return. Highly recommend.

This was a really lovely spot in Venus Bay. It’s a beautiful house, very comfortable for my parents, my husband and I and our little boy. All the amenities you could want and handy extras (bbq, pantry items, toys for kids, high chair, books). Great kitchen for cooking up meals. 15 mins walk to beach 1. General Store short walk away as is play ground. Elspeth was great to communicate with. Would love to return in future! (And even had a visit from a wombat!)
