ENTIRE GROUND FLOOR VILLA IN DESIRABLE LAKESHORE VILLA IN OSOYOOS! This Villa books solid all summer. Don't wait!

Osoyoos boasts itself as the Warmest Place in Canada. Temperatures are consistently 2 degrees warmer than the surrounding areas. This rental suite is part of a small group of villas facing Lake Osoyoos. There is a large private dock with a roped off designated swimming area directly across the street. The complex itself has a pool, hot tub and small fitness room (a unique feature for an Osoyoos rental property).

Your 918 sf villa is steps from lakefront. It has 2 bedrooms.: One queen bed (with ensuite bathroom, TV, large closet, 6 drawer dresser) and two double beds (almost queen size with bathroom and closet). All towels, linen, soap, toilet paper, cleaning agents are included in Villa stay.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen amenities including utensils, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker. There are captains chairs at the counter as well as a kitchen table for seated dining. The Living room is furnished with 3-seater leather couch and two comfortable chairs. The TV has basic cable with sports channel and WiFi/internet unlimited data.

Just outside your door, you have full access to a private pergola covered patio with a six-seater patio table and use of the propane BBQ. To the left of the patio is the pool and hot tub with lounger chairs and seats. To your right is Osoyoos Lake where a very large dock is available only to Lakeshore Villa residents and visitors.

You will love the vibrancy and energy of Lakeshore Villas! There is nothing like a full day of water activities followed by a patio BBQ and completed with a beautiful sunset on the dock!

Some things to consider:
*No Lifeguard on duty at any time on either the dock or the pool area. You are responsible for the safety of your kin.
*Pool and Hot Tub open 9 am- 10 pm
*Quiet hours from 10 pm-9 am
*Security personnel are permitted to escort unruly clientele off the premises.
*There is a $200 fine for noise infractions
*No smoking anywhere on property
*Pushpad Secure Lock-YES

Great Place by the Lake

This is the first time we stayed at Lakeshore Villa and we had a great time. The complex was in a perfect location for us and the villa we stayed in was well maintained and had everything we needed. The owner was very informative, responsive and personable. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Osoyoos.

Osoyoos Family Trip

Stayed 3 nights with our 2 kids, wonderful place for families. Pool was perfect for young kids, very well maintained. The villa was great and had all the amenities we needed. Ossoyos by the lake

Excellent accommodation, perfect location- just hard to find the unit upon arrival as we didn’t have the unit number and couldn’t reach the owner but found it through the photo and trial and error. Just a few steps from lake and an excellent swimming area.

Mothers day weekend getaway

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was unseasonably hot in Osoyoos and we enjoyed sitting on the patio for meals and using the salt water pool. The beds and sofas were comfortable. I had the best sleep I have had in years! I enjoyed walking along Lakeshore drive every morning. It hugs the lake and I met many friendly visitors and locals. The host, Sharon was prompt with responding to inquiries. The kitchen was well equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

Great villa steps from the lake!

4 of us stayed here for a girls trip and we had a fantastic time! Great location within the complex, steps from the lake and steps from the pool. Pool was great to lounge by in the sun. It’s shallow but perfect for cooling down on those hot days. We really enjoyed having meals on the patio. Everyone at this complex was exceptionally nice and welcoming! Great neighbours. Loved the vibe here! We would definitely stay here again. Already tried to rebook for another extended weekend but it’s 7 night min in the summer.

Our Villa purchase is part of our retirement plan. Until such time, we continue to live and work full time in Vancouver's Lower Mainland.

Why they chose this property

We waited a couple of years for a Lakeshore Villa to come up for sale. We saw many other places in the meantime however, none had all the up ticks we were looking for such as pet friendly, pool, fitness room, ground floor, right price etc. It was fortuitous that we happened to be in Osoyoos on the very day Villa 6 went up for sale. We jumped on the opportunity and are now proud owners of this beautiful property.

What makes this property unique

We love that our Villa is a ground floor separate entrance. This accords an element of privacy but is still part of the Lakeshore community of like minded owners. Our Villa specifically is literally steps to either the pool or the Lake. Lakeshore Villas becomes a hub of activity in the summer with every imaginable water sport and activity to engage in all day, every day.
