This 21st-floor Gulf-view condo at Ocean Ritz features four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms offer stunning Gulf views and direct access to the large private balcony, one of the largest in the area. The balcony features seating for outdoor dining, making it the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee while curled up with a book or for family dinners. This outdoor space will surely be the center of activity during your stay in this fabulous rental. The resort offers a variety of amenities, including a large, seasonally heated pool with Gulf views, a hot tub, a fitness center, and a sauna/steam room. Guests can enjoy BBQ grills, direct beach access, elevators, and a sun deck surrounding the pool area. Parking is available for one vehicle in the garage and an additional parking spot in the open lot just across the street from the resort.



*Every reservation includes Free Beach Chair Service, which provides two chairs and an umbrella from March 1st through October 31st! Guests can add a beach bonfire to the chair service provided for an additional cost, not included in the reservation, and to be booked separately through Coastal Beach Service.

The third bedroom features a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the guest bathroom. The fourth bedroom features two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom.

✔ Bathrooms: The first bathroom is located off the first master suite and includes double vanities and a jetted tub/shower combination. The second bathroom, attached to the second master suite, features a vanity, a tub/shower combo, and a closet. The third bathroom has a tub/shower combo, a vanity, and a front-loading washer and dryer; it can be accessed from the first guest bedroom or the main living area. The fourth bathroom is an ensuite connected to the second guest bedroom and includes a tub/shower combo and a vanity.

✔ Kitchen & Dining Area: This kitchen is fully equipped to provide everything guests need. It features a dishwasher for easy clean-up, a Keurig coffee maker, and a drip coffee maker for your morning brew. The dining area includes a table that seats eight and additional bar seating for four.

✔ Balcony: This spacious corner balcony boasts breathtaking Gulf views and includes an outdoor dining table with seating for six, two outdoor sofas, and two chairs with footrests.

$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

A few details to ensure a prime experience:

✔ A strict no-smoking policy promotes a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

✔ Age requirement of 30+ for booking, fostering a mature and respectful environment.

✔ Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Additionally, noise must be kept at a level that will not constitute a nuisance to the neighbors. Loud and excessive noise will not be allowed at any time.

✔ Guests are not permitted to have pets on the property.

✔ The reserved garage parking spot cannot accommodate large vehicles. The open lot operates on a first-come, first-served basis. For additional parking, a city lot is located just past the open parking area and charges $13.00 per day. Guests can pay using the Passport Parking app on their smartphone.
