This charming cape is tucked away in a quaint setting, just a stone's throw to the beach (0.1mile away), Barnstable Harbor with Whale Watch, Mattakeese Restaurant, and Osterville Fish (seafood market with takeout and ice cream). Less than a mile to the village Market, gourmet coffee shop, and other great restaurants.

Aside from the location, the cleanliness and space of this home are also sure to impress. It features a fabulous floor plan with with floors throughout. There is a sun-filled entry space, and an open concept kitchen that leads nicely into the dining area, and on to the living room with sliders out to the deck. The perfect flow for entertaining. There is a master bedroom with private bath, and 2 other bedrooms on the main floor. A staircase off of the living room leads to the 4th bedroom with full bath. There is a ping pong table and foosball in the garage. Great entertaining space inside and out.

Outstanding Location

The distance from the private and public beach just can't be beat. A couple of decent restaurants in the area and it's close to shopping in Hyannis. The house is fine. 2 out of the 4 bedrooms have window air conditioners. Nice deck. Good common area. We would stay there again. Mainly due to it's prime location.

Wonderful stay!

Surprised to find this gem, so close to the beach and to two restaurants, all within a one minute walk. Location was perfect and the house accommodated our 4 adults, 3 year old and baby easily.
