We had a wonderful time at our stay at this house. The location is perfect for accessing waterfall trails in DuPont and the Brevard area. We enjoyed the spacious yard and the river access. This is a great home base for anyone who wants to enjoy the natural beauty of the local area.

The house is exactly how it looks in the photos and description. It was very comfortable for our family and very clean. It is in a great location, close to Brevard, NC which has quite a few breweries and a quaint town to walk around. The yard was beautiful with Mountain Views and a river along the side.

Very Comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay in this pretty house that has everything you can possibly need. Also, it’s situated on a beautiful property looking out on a lovely meadow with the mountains as a backdrop. I would definitely recommend this property

If you are looking for a place centrally located to all the waterfalls and scenic by ways, look no further! We were within minutes of every thing, including the quaint little town of Brevard. Our family would highly recommend this place for any nature lovers looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life.

Family Time

The house was great and perfect location for us to be able to get together with family for Thanksgiving. However the water pressure or lack there of was horrible. Barely enough to do anything. Showers were hard in that you had no pressure. I called the manager and he told me the owner was aware of the problem but offered no other help. Great house otherwise. Just hope they get the water situation figured out.

The property is next to a pretty busy road (trucks), during the day not such a problem, but at night... House, furniture, beds, garage, garden, etc.: all in perfect condition...truly a place where you go and just pack your toothbrush! For enjoying the counties around Transylvania it is a perfect base!

We had a great time here. Property is large and has a relaxing feel. House is adorable with all of the amenities. Location is great for hiking, waterfalls fishing, and rafting. Very close to quaint town of Brevard and not too far from Asheville.
