Great ocean view and proximity

The location and view of the ocean were awesome. The bathroom in particular needed a bit better cleaning, but overall the space was nice. I will say the AC is VERY LOUD each time it kicks on. The one major issue we had was with check-in. We were not provided access codes to the actual building at check-in by the Jack Lingo team, and the office manager was not at the condo site for our arrival (but was supposed to be.) Had it not been for bumping in to a pleasant young woman (from building housekeeping, perhaps?) we would not have been able to access the condo. We called Lingo to express concerns, and they said the code was in our welcome packet (which it definitely wasn’t!) They offered to give us the code over the phone, but by that point had gotten the code from the woman mentioned above. Not the best way to kick off a vacation week! Overall the experience was fine, and Rehoboth Beach is a very clean, lovely community. The boardwalk is fun, the beaches clean, the water was a bit chilly (as we expected.)

Studio on the beach

This studio apartment met the needs of two people. It was rather small, but the ocean view made up for it. I was worried that the murphy bed would be uncomfortable, but it was very comfortable. All in all our stay was very nice!
