Santorini-treasures Rockside Villa traditional
This Cycladic house, was renovated in 2023. Located at the heart of old Emporio in a quiet surroundings. Fully equipped with modern kitchen , A/C , smart TV , free WI-FI ,washing machine, air dryer ,iron etc. we can advise and plan your vacation, help with booking trips, rental cars, yacht trips, ATV rentals and restaurants.
Stairs to a sun terrace with a totally private hot tab and sun beds will let you enjoy breathtaking village + sea view .
The space
While renovating the villa we maintained the spirit of Santorini.
Cycladic style walls and stairs, stone furniture kitchen , bathroom cabinets and decorations, and all this while maintaining maximum comfort. Warm atmosphere welcomes you and makes you feel like home.
Guest access
Beside the inside of the home, guests can access a private courtyard, and a private roof terrace where the Jacuzzi is placed.
Other things to note
The old barber shop Café is 20 meters away. The breakfast is served in the beautiful sea-view terrace. The café has an all day dining menu and alcoholic drinks are served too.

We loved our stay at Rockside Villa. Due to a change in our travel plans we weren't able to arrive until very late, but Yannis met us and got us settled. The view from the rooftop and the hot tub were wonderful. Everything was really perfect for a quiet, out of the crowds type of place. The restaurant, just steps from the doorway, and the cute little shop as we came out of our doors in the morning, were great too. The villa was very clean and well taken care of. Wonderful!

Hôte très gentil et très disponible , charme incroyable de cette location, le jacuzzi sur le toit est vraiment un plus ( pas de vis à vis). Localisation dans Emporio idéale ( ville calme et ruelle étroite)De plus, l’incroyable gentillesse de la gérante de la boutique souvenir mitoyenne.

When we renovated this old cave house we kept the spirit of santorini. It is a cycladic style villa but with all modern comfort inside. If you wish to experiance authentic traditional hospitality in quite suroundings, this is the place to stay.
What makes this property unique
The hot tub is built on the rooftop terrace and you can enjoy it after a long day of visiting the island . An equipped kitchen with oven and stove is waiting for you if you decide to cook. the supermarket is only 5 minutes away and so are the restaurants and the public bus station.
