About this property
At the Close - Private Studio
Enjoy all that Barwon Heads offers from this self contained studio. Located in a quiet area of town the studio is a short 5-10 minute stroll to the river or a 20-30 minute walk to the main street.
The studio is a comfortable space that is located at the rear of our backyard and accessed via our driveway. You will have the studio to yourself and the private and sole use of the outdoor spaces of the house, including the outside deck with barbeque and eating area and driveway.
The space:
Spacious studio with seperate entrance. Queen bed, bathroom, table and chairs, TV, kitchenette with microwave (no cooktop), bar fridge, crockery, cutlery, toaster and kettle.
Linen and towels provided.
**A roll away bed is available for use by one child aged 12 or under for an extra $20 per night. Linen and towel will be provided fro the roll away bed.
**Upon request your dog is welcome along to enjoy the outdoor spaces. The yard is fully enclosed to keep your dog safe. No pets allowed inside the studio.
