The comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bath home has a working kitchen, charming furnishings and a peaceful atmosphere. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom, a four-poster queen bed and windows on three sides looking out into the garden. There is also a large chest of drawers and a chaise for reading a book or relaxing. The master bedroom is in the back of the house and has two doors. Whoever stays in this room can access the main house by going through the middle bedroom or going outside through the patio to enter the main house. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own full bathroom. The third bedroom has a full bed and a single bed with a full bathroom just outside the bedroom door. All three bedrooms have ample closets. The charming dining room seats 6 - 8. The kitchen is filled with useful tools, from the obvious to marble for rolling out pastry, and ice cream makers. The living room is generously sized with comfortable seating and gas log fireplace.
Family room looks out onto the patio and pool. In it is a television with Direct TV and a Chromecast connection, a game table and plenty of games--Settlers of Catan, Scrabble, Timeline, cards, and Monopoly and others. Wifi throughout the house. The back patio is shaded and has table and chairs to enjoy your meals outdoors by the pool. With its natural irrigation the garden is lush and green. The heated pool and lovely patio are perfect (I am a lap swimmer); even on the coldest days, I could enjoy a good workout. The patio is comfortable, with great star gazing, as the neighborhood is quiet and dark. The grill is newer; we used it frequently. The beds are comfortable, and the house cozy. There are hiking trails within walking distance, along with coffee shops and restaurants. It is easy to walk into Uptown.
This property was very very well-suited for the price that we paid for our two weeks stay. It is close to just about anything that you want to do in Sedona.
Property was nice. View from yard was incredible. Very spacious and secluded if you want that. Great location in middle of everything Sedona.

Wonderful house and location
Comfy house in a central location yet in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room to spread out in the house. Hosts were friendly and communicated with us in case we had questions. Thanks for a nice stay

Stephan and his family were fantastic guests. When there was a problem with the device that automatically fills the pool, Stephan made sure that the pool was filled. He started the washing machine with the towels before he left and left the house in great shape. A perfect guest.
We loved our visit to your home. Very charming and well-appointed. The extra paper products were appreciated. Very close to beautiful hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping. Great views from inside the home as well!!

Nice home in a quiet area
We spent one week with two families in this cottage. The house is in a quiet area with a nice neighborhood and not far away
from the restaurants and shops.
We loved to sit in the beautiful garden and to swim in the large swimming pool.

Java Owl Coffee Shop Friends hiking trip to Sedona
It was the perfect location to stay in Sedona. Conveniently located, it was close to so many trailheads that we had a plethora of options for each day’s hike. The house was incredibly well appointed with supplies and the washer and dryer were very much appreciated. I would most definitely recommend it as a VRBO with charm and comfort. I would love to stay there again. Tim and Robin are wonderful hosts and were a wealth of information about the area and trails. It was a great experience.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is proximal to hiking, shopping, and whatever you want to do. When not on the go, the property is a great place to relax and unwind. The back yard and patio is insulated and between the birding (lots of hummingbirds!), the pool, and the greenery, it was a serene place for cooling off with a good book. The property owner was very responsive and provided excellent info about the property. We would happily stay here again!
This property is situated in a quiet neighborhood near Oak Creek, while still being only minutes away from all Sedona has to offer. Unique decor mixes tradition with travel, and the house is equipped with anything you might need to make your stay feel like home. Beautiful gardens with a relaxing outdoor patio and lap pool make for a delightful and relaxing evening after your hiking and shopping. Robin and Tim are wonderful hosts and our communication with them has been outstanding.

Gross
The house was dirty and smelled like must and mold. Needs upgrades. We did not stay there after inspection of the property. We were refunded our money and stayed at a hotel instead. There were ants and mouse droppings in the kitchen.

Pros: Centrally located, private pool, can accommodate a large group.Cons: Old 1940’s grandma home that has been added on to (not professionally, electrical in this home is doggy at best). Bedroom 1 was either a carport enclosed or a single car garage. This room is accessed through the closet in the dining room, bath 1 is in the dining room. Bedroom 2 was probably the original bedroom for the house, lg room small bath. Bedroom 3 is an add on which can only be accessed through bedroom 2 or from the patio, again large room small bath. There is no overhead lighting in theses bedrooms, only small bedside lamps (very hard to see what you are doing). Opening the curtains for light only works if it is a sunny day, which it was not while we were there. Having said this, the most unprofessional part of this rental is all the left over partially eaten food in the pantry, fridge, & freezer. In all my years of travel & vacation rentals I have never encountered FOOD from previous renters still in the home. Sorry not one I would recommend.

Sedona trip
The outside property and house was in dire need of maintenance. It needs general clean up.The grass was tall and the gardens were overgrown. The inside was adequate but in need of repairs. The front bedroom had several huge cob webs which was gross. Carpet was dirty. It was adequately supplied with towels, paper products, and kitchen utensils. Overall I would not stay there again for the money that was charged.

most outdated vrbo
This was the worst experience I ever had with vrbo rentals. Property is SO OUTDATED inside and out. Needs desperately in repairs. Had multiple issues including clogged drain, heating and cooling issues, not locking entrance door. Spent hours waiting for repairs. Property not accurately listed online. Want headache for your money- rent this property.
Overall, we thought this home was excellent. It is very near to multiple restaurants and shops and trails. The house is well equipped with towels, many kitchen supplies and utensils. There were necessary supplies, like aluminum foil and saran wrap, which is often something I end up buying when staying at a rental.I did not enjoy the booking experience. I don’t know if this is owner preference or a new VRBO process, but I requested to book and did not hear from the owner so my request expired within 24 hours. I requested again and the second time it was approved. That is stressful when you are not sure if you can even get your desired place. Also, the listing says there is a hot tub. There is definitely no hot tub on the premises. I even checked with the owner to make sure we weren’t missing it after we arrived. Finally, a few hours after we arrived, the javelinas got into the garbage cans from the prior renter/cleaner (?) and left a mess that we then cleaned up. I’d highly recommend checking to make sure the garbage cans are locked up, as the owner states multiple times in their instructions. It was a funny experience, but not a mess I want to clean up again.

Loved the Patio/Garden
We stayed for a week. My dad, sister & her spouse were with us the first 4 days. We loved sitting in the patio area by the pool listening & watching the birds. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The home is a bit quirky with multiple thermostats & light switches but that wasn't a big deal. I loved the decorative pieces all around the home from the owners' world travel (I assume). We were in the master bedroom & had no issues walking through the patio to enter the home when the other bedroom was occupied. The weather was Sedona fabulous & the neighborhood is lovely & safe.
We did a lot of hiking, West Fork, Mescal, Doe Mesa, Broken Arrow, Brins Mesa, Devil's Bridge, Fay Canyon & part of Munds Wagon Trail. My dad, sister & spouse did the Pink Jeep Broken Arrow trip (I've done it twice on past trips) and they thoroughly enjoyed it.
Our favorite restaurant was The Hudson at Hillside Shopping Center just across 179, second was Elote Cafe, also enjoyed The Hideaway (great food & deck) and Picazzo's Organic Italian Kitchen.
Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again. We're sorry we didn't get to meet Robin & Tim but their friend, Philip, was kind & thorough when he showed us the home.

Thank you. I'm so glad you had a lovely time. We whole heartedly agree with you on favorite restaurants.
The house was comfortable and cozy. Loved the patio and gardens. Not having to purchase paper towels, tp, etc. was a big plus. Everything was there and much appreciated .... I'd love to know the history of the home ... It felt like I was visiting my grandma....Thank you...
I had a beautiful week long stay in this property. Robin and her husband were very helpful and gracious hosts. They told me the back bedroom was the most comfortable bed, and they weren’t lying! Great location and a great view. It was so cozy! I needed a week to relax and that is exactly what I got. The books and art and perfect vintage furniture, you could tell the house was lived and appreciated. So grateful for my stay in this special home in beautiful Sedona.
We loved having this quiet and private getaway with a pool. We spent the majority of our time, when there and not exploring the Sedona area, on the patio hanging out, eating, or in the pool. With Marg's Draw trailhead a short distance away is a plus. Avoid having to drive by walking to the trailhead or walk to restaurants (Mole- yum), the NewAge Center or shopping. We had a couple house issues, but Tim did everything he could to make things right. We appreciate his efforts. Excellent communication. It was great being in a place where the oeners were open to guests using the home as their own. We enjoyed exploring the collection of vinyl records and played nightly board games The patio at night is especially amazing. Night time swimming❤. Saw lots of wildlife just on the road to the house.
