Beautiful home!
Absolutely beautiful home! Very spacious. We love staying on this property. We have stayed in another home on the property. Our son plays golf for Piedmont and this property is right near their golf course, which is perfect! Host is absolutely amazing and very responsive.
This property worked great for our family gathering. It’s great that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The farm is a unique setting, but we enjoyed being outside and had plenty of places to visit within a short driving distance. I’d recommend this as a great property!
Had a wonderful stay and all expectations were met. It is a beautiful property with ample space and all the modern amenities one could ask for.

Fantastic stay!
This was the perfect place for my family to stay during our recent visit! Everyone had their own space (and bathroom). It was clean and well appointed. The owner was an excellent communicator.
We came into town for my daughter's wedding and had family/friends stay with us. Excellent accomodations with a rustic feel. I would definitely want to stay at this property again!
Loved this house and the property was gorgeous! It was a very nice place to spend our 3 days and Christmas at. The town is small and cute! The house was very clean and well equipped.
Beautiful house and beautiful country. The house needs more tv’s and some board games or a pool table etc so there is fun stuff to do while in the house
Our family of 8-9 stayed at this beautiful property for three nights. We enjoyed the character and charm of the farm house, the space, amenities, and its cleanliness. We would certainly choose this home again. I highly recommend it.
Great place, peaceful, the back porch is where we hung out most of the time we were there. The only negative is the carpenter bees were tearing up the porch.
Our stay was great! We came for a wedding at Toccoa Falls and it was great. We had a large group of 4 families with a wide range of ages and everybody loved it. We loved the country feel complete with cows but also the convenience to the places we wanted to go! We’re planning on coming back for one of the festivals and definitely for the fair! Thank you for everything!
I love it!! Thank you so much! The house was perfect! And the area was amazing as well! Ugh I wish I could stay longer!!! But I will definitely be back!

Our Wedding Adventure
Our family had a great time at this venue. We were able to host our family and a friend in preparation for our son's wedding. There was plenty of space for all of us and we didn't trip over one another. With 4 grands involved, we needed that. We were able to use the outside space for the wedding rehearsal as well. Beautiful views, plenty of space, quiet and peaceful! We would stay again!

Great house, perfect location
We flew over from the UK to get married at Cherrywood Ranch. Our guests were flying over with us and we needed extra accomodation for them - this house was perfect. It was spacious, clean and our family loved it. We liked that most rooms were separate meaning not many people had to share etc, which is something we struggled for in other houses. Both us and our family would definitely return. It was super close to the wedding venue and Keith was really responsive to any queries in the days leading up to our stay. We would highly recommend.
The property was so beautiful, secluded enough to feel the peace and quiet, but close enough to stores and things to do. It was clean, big enough for our whole family and we loved the huge dining table to share meals together. One of our guests was elderly, but was able to get around the house just fine, however there are small steps that may be difficult for some throughout the house. My only real complaint would be that I wish the beds were a little more comfy, but the only ones who had issues with it were those of us who are already achey. Lol the host was also very accommodating and we would definitely come back again!

House in north Ga Mts?
The house was ok and worked well for our family. Everything was functional even though it was vintaged. Our problem was there were no mountains views.
And very little to do. Went into Helen for a day. Helen was t-shirt shopping and imported tourist items. Our group did do Putt-Putt golf and axe throwing. Not a great day.

Fun Times
My aunt and siblings and their families joined for a week stay at this property. We were perfectly comfortable and enjoyed our time. The property the house is situated on is a working ranch, so we enjoyed the cows moooing throughout the stay. We had 9 people in our party and the house easily accommodated everyone. Plenty of bathrooms (5). Large enough dining area for everyone to eat or play cards. Everyone hooted about how comfortable the beds were. The location, while somewhat remote, was easily accessed and close to the activities offered at Tallulah Gorge and Clayton, Helen, Toccoa, and Clarkesville, Demorest, and Cornelia. All in all, a real winner of a place and worth every penny.
House was nice and just right for our family group.
The house was clean and the kitchen had good (but old) supplies. The house is pleasant and the beds were good. We were disappointed in the local area (not a mountain in sight) and was located at least 10 miles from anything. Helen was very disappointing as I expected hand-crafted items, pottery, etc. All I saw was over-priced t-shirts and imported tourist items. We did go into Commerce for the Tanger outlets but is about 40 miles of traveling. We always enjoy our family togetherness and spent most of the time inside in the A/C.
My daughter was married at Toccoa Falls this week and this is where our family stayed for the wedding. We had eight adults. This was the perfect place to stay for this event. Five bedrooms and five full bathrooms!! A wonderful kitchen as I made the wedding cake the day we arrived. I brought my own equipment but for general meal prep the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the front and back porches for sitting. All the beds were very comfortable. This house is about 15 minutes from Toccoa Falls. In the pictures the rec room has a bunk bed. Not anymore! It was replaced with a queen bed and two twins. Perfect! The owner gave a very detailed welcome email which I appreciated. I would recommend this house for those traveling to a Toccoa Falls wedding.
Our extended family spent a lovely weekend in this beautiful home. I’ve never seen a rental kitchen so we’ll stocked. Beds were comfortable and space is amazing. Each bedroom has a separate bath. Would definitely rent again.
Nice property for a group gathering. Plenty of room to spread out within the house. This is a working farm so there are a lot of fences. We did walk down the roadways around the farm. Kitchen was well equipped.
