Cozy one bedroom that is the perfect get away for a couple, or for that one person that just wants to get away from it all. Comfortable sitting area combined with the bedroom offering Wi-Fi and streaming TV, please use your personal log in. The kitchen includes all the amenities from home, coffee pot (coffee provided).. The king size bed has a gel/memory foam mattress., and heated mattress pad for those cold Salida nights. Private off street parking for one vehicle. Patio with fire pit to relax and unwind, and enjoy the Salida cool evenings. Located just one and a half blocks from the Arkansas River and beautiful downtown Salida, you have numerous restaurants to choose from, including the casual along the river to fine dining. Numerous art galleries to explore, and shopping to capture everyone's taste and style. Sip your way through Salida's distillery and numerous micro brews. You are just minutes away from the best outdoor adventures Salida has to offer, including mountain biking, kayaking, fly fishing, rafting, hiking, soaking in nearby hot springs, and in the winter come ski or snowboard our local Monarch mountain! Unfortunately for pet lovers, we do not allow pets, the space is too limited. No need to strip the linens, we will take care of everything. License number 0372.

This is the most adorable cottage. So nice decorated and super clean. The memory foam bed super comfy. The garden was amazing!! Close to walk to shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend

A fabulous property in the heart of Salida. It truly had everything we needed. A great kitchen with good coffee. The bed was excellent with plenty of room underneath for storing suitcases. We really appreciated having plenty of nice towels, a closet to put our things away and robes for when we were just relaxing at the cottage.The outdoor space is beautiful, just like the photos. Our hosts were friendly and very easy to communicate with. This property is an easy one block walk to downtown Salida and the river. Leave your car right there in the provided parking spot and walk everywhere.Perfect spot for a trip to Salida.

This cottage is a true gem. It was cozy and quiet. The garden was a lovely to sit in at night with the lights and where we enjoyed the evening air. It was my husband’s birthday during our stay. I reached out to Beth to see if she would mind helping me put up a few decorations to surprise my husband. She said absolutely - I sent them to her and she and her husband put them up. So very kind of them! My husband was surprised! The cottage was clean. The communication with Beth was easy. She was very quick to respond. The check-in was easy. Overall we had an amazing stay and enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend staying there. It’s quaint, close to town and a joy to stay.

This place is perfect for a couple needing a getaway. Fantastic location, walkable to anywhere in town you want to go. The building was a Mother In Laws quarters- it's not large, but entirely functional, and was perfect for us.Beth is super communicative and was a great hostess. She offered her patio to us where we were able to relax in the sun and enjoy the space.Without a doubt, would stay again.

we came to salida to get in some biking. dave and beth let us keep our bikes in safe place off the road, it was a nice piece of mind. we were able to walk to the downtown area several times a day for 'whatever'. we had a swell time and will certainly consider staying here again. shout out to the very lovely garden that we was offered for a hang, i did am coffee among their flowers. so very very charming.
