Nicely decorated and host is very helpful with recommendations. Lots of noise this week due to parking lot paving and Saturday ice cream truck parks in the public parking lot and plays obnoxious music for hours. Tv pixelated constantly.

Beautiful condo on the beach with breathtaking sunsets. Bed was awesome. Nice building everything was perfect. I highly recommend this condo for your next vacation in St Petersburg. The gulf was clear and soothing, plenty of room on the beach.Thank you for a great stay and definitely will stay again.

Steve was amazing he was very responsive and we received very accurate information from him about the area and restaurants as far as food options and choices was great.I did not have to any research.Steve was spot on. The Condo is beautiful inside and All amenities at your finger tips are supplied for a great vacation.. The only thing I would change that I noticed when booking Condo the view of the ocean view picture from the balcony in VRBO does not do the ocean view justice..The view is incredible of the ocean..We Loved everything about our vacation..Condo made us feel like we were at ..

Steve is a fantastic host! The website description of the condo, property is 100% accurate. Check in was seamless. The condo is comfortable, super clean and literally has everything you can possibly need down to beach chairs, fishing pole and even a small cooler tote. My husband and I loved every minute of our stay and will absolutely book again with Steve.

Great place! Great location. Our host was amazing. Gave us a lot of great tips on where to go and how to get around. Having the Sunrunner next to the condo was kismet! Took it downtown to see the baseball game at Tropicana field.
