Great stay

The property was nicely decorated. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and noodles rafts that come with the unit. Made for a great family vacation

March relaxation

Great property , really enjoyed our stay. The one drawback, that we were told about in advance, is that you don't have access to all of the amenities that are onsite at the South Seas Resort. Wasn't a big deal for us but might be for families wanting to stay. Short walk to the beach and pool is right beside the building. We did have to deal with ants almost daily even though we hadn't left any open food out. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Perfect paradise getaway!

I have stayed in Captiva for many years, but this is the first time in one of the Tennis Villas on the South Seas property. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool right outside our building and the short walk directly to the beach! The condo was stunning - very bright, clean and nicely decorated. Overall, a great way to vacation! We would return again.

Captiva Getaway

We had a wonderful time in this condo. It was quite well equipped but no smart tv, which was a disappointment. The sliding glass door locks did not work and some laminate was coming off bathroom cabinet doors. We had no contact with the owner, which was different from I ast VRBO rentals. Beautiful area, quiet and restful.

Wonderful

Perfect location, clean, comfortable beds, great size. I can’t wait to come back. There are 4 lawn chairs available and a small umbrella available for use. Bring your own beach towels. Laundry is available onsite but not in the condo. You can rent bikes nearby!

Family Thanksgiving Vacation

Location and layout of the unit is perfect for a family of 4-6. Steps from Doc Fords and the Village, access to tennis courts and a short walk to the beach. Building's pool area has a nice grilling and seating area, but pool is shaded most of the day. Not an issue, as we utilized the pools at the bayside condos (w/hot tub) and beachside condos (for beach days). Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. Unit could benefit from an update of the bathrooms (not well lit and dated) and new appliances (worn and need replaced). Overall, a nice condo, in a good location for a great price. Would be 5 star with updates.

Captiva

Had such a wonderful week here! My husband and I have been wanting to stay on the South Seas property and this was a perfect spot for the two of us. The condo was clean and well appointed with anything we needed during the week. Close to the beach, which is kept clean and beautiful. Quiet property, and a very brief walk to Doc Fords, which is our favorite. Would absolutely book again.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay and the amenities provided. The only suggestion I have is replacing TVs with smart TVs so guest can access their Netflix, Hulu or Disney + accounts.

We love Captiva!

We really enjoyed our stay at South Seas Island Resort. The only complaint we have is that we did not have access to the community pool some of the resort activities because we didn’t have wristbands from VRBO. The condo was perfect for us and such a good location to the smaller pool, beach, and restaurants!
