Get ready for the perfect family getaway at this newly built 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home with all the contemporary touches you would expect when staying in a 5 star vacation home.

You'll find yourself at home after a day on the mountain or playing at the lake when you relax in one of two living rooms both with televisions. A very relaxing option is having a dip in the outdoor spa surrounded by seating and tall mature pines. You could also gather the entire family in the spacious kitchen/ dining area for a delicious meal cooked in the gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and breakfast counter.

When its time to retire for the evening you'll have four bedrooms to choose from, each as luxurious as the next. Everyone will have plenty of room to spread out since two of the bedrooms are upstairs and two downstairs. Downstairs also features the second living room and access to the spa and the fenced in yard.

Explore the neighborhood and you'll find the Y area with its numerous shopping outlets, Raley's grocery store, BevMo liquor store, ski rentals, and more. Camp Richardson is just a few blocks in the other direction. An abundance of great restaurants and bars dot the surrounding area. You'll also be close to some of the best BBQ in town at Sonney's BBQ Shack, hardly a shack though.

Worth Mentioning:

- Both the City of South Lake Tahoe & The County of El Dorado have gotten extremely strict in enforcement of posted rules which can be found in the rental agreement. Be sure to become familiar with said rules to avoid steep fines and visits from the authorities
- This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival
- This property has limited cell reception

Guests will find this home centrally located just minutes away from all the action. You're less than five miles to Heavenly and just 1 mile to Camp Richardson. This property is also within one mile of numerous restaurants and bars such as Sonney's BBQ Shack, Cantina Bar & Grill, and the Burger Lounge. Raley's (grocery store) is also less than one mile away.

Larger groups are welcome with this being one of three homes right next to each other that we represent, rent all 3 and sleep up to 32 people.
